The Democide is explained through the Story Form. If I listed all that has happened you would not believe this is going on, going on in Canada, going on in a Democratic Society, going on in a Liberal Democracy such as Canada.
I did not make this complicated, the gov't and its counsel did. They contrived charades to protect itself and themselves. Reader, your job is to deconstruct the charades the lawyers have presented, make connections to the other charades, in order to understand the 'Wholeness' of the corruption and its horrific consequences, therefore the Democide.
According to R. J. Rummel, a political scientist, Genocide has three different meanings; Democide, the third meaning applies to the illegal Diabetic Drivers' Policy and its horrific consequences that I have been challenging the past eight years. Rummel “created the term as an extended concept to include forms of government murder that are not covered by the legal definition of genocide, and it has found currency among other scholars.” Democide; “. . . the murder of any person or people by a government, including genocide, politicide, and mass murder”; “. . . intentionally or knowingly reckless and depraved disregard for life”; “. . . killed in large numbers as a result of government policies.” Welcome to my life.

What I have recently discovered is that I am a Survivor of Democide.
The consequences of the “Diabetic Drivers' Policy” are so horrific the gov't recently presented stolen scientific research in a BC Human Rights Discrimination Complaint in order to justify the illegal policy, because they know the consequences are Democide. They lied about the theft when I caught them.
The BC HRT buried my discrimination complaint for the gov't, because they also know of the Democide.
The Law Society of BC sees nothing wrong with the 'civil servant lawyers' conduct concerning the presentation of the stolen research, lie and the defense of the illegal policy, as they also know the policy is Democide.
The Solicitor General's office staff just lied to the past S G by informing him my discrimination complaint has been resolved. It has not been, its buried. They know the policy is Democide.
The Press acknowledges the Overcrowding and Surgery wait - lists but not the “why”. It has buried the Democide.
Politicians refuse to acknowledge my inquires into this matter, as they know the policy is Democide.
And yet my original discrimination complaint saw gov't change the “policy”, a little bit, now the gov't pays for the phoney medical examination the disabled are forced to endure in order to drive. Reader, my complaint changed policy, imagine what they know concerning this to do that for one diabetic asking questions. A charade to cover up the Democide.

1. I asked the government to justify their diabetic drivers' policy as our Constitution demands this. Nothing was given.
2. I asked the government to justify their policy as our Human Rights Code demands this. Nothing was given.
3. I asked the government to justify their policy as our Motor Vehicle Act demands this. They had a 'civil servant lawyer' change the wording of the MVA statutes in order to deceive the reader that the Superintendent has Carte Blanch to do what he or she wants. That's falsifying legal documents. So, the policy is illegal, it discriminates, and the consequences kill, maim, and endanger life and a “senior civil servant” wrote “the policy saves lives”. This is a lie. This means I'm a killer.
These laws are not only for the public but also aimed directly at civil servants, done in order to keep civil servants from running amuck, which these civil servants have consciously chosen to do. On the other hand, the laws are there to protect the civil servants if they follow them. These civil servants gave up their legal protection when they decided to not fulfill the demands of their Oath of Office; obey the law, do no harm, do not steal, do not lie, etc. They also broke the Social Contract of our democratic society or 'Life Itself' to obey the law, do no harm, do not steal, do not endanger life.
This means all civil servants involved have broken their Oath of Office, will do whatever is needed to hide their illegal actions, the consequences of their actions, and do whatever is needed to supposedly justify their actions. However, how do civil servants justify the slaughter of citizens for an illegal policy?
How is it that the past S Gs are fired or resign due to a Risk 'of Harm' or Risk of 'breach of Oath of Office', while these civil servants constructed, know about the Harm, and have done nothing to stop it, and have not been fired?
As the anti - diabetic policy is based upon the consequences of diabetes we need to look at the consequences of the policy. The gov't is in public denial of their consequences. The policy makes unjustified or non - bona fide demands upon the universal medical system, which are then responsible for the Overcrowding in Emerge and the wait - lists for surgery. It is responsible for the killing and maiming Emerge doctors bring to our attention. It is responsible for the surgery wait - list that endangers peoples lives, as has just happened to the Premier of Newfoundland Labrador, the National Leader of the NDP, and myself. The slaughter is horrific and documented in the “Update Consequences” letter accompanying this letter, for those that have not received it before, based upon the numbers the gov't gives concerning diabetes and doctors.
It really is a case of Democide and Canada is desperately trying to hide it.
