The following two blogs concern the discrimination, killing, maiming, and endangerment to life coming from the British Columbia Diabetic Drivers' Policy. The 2009 article informs you that the policy really is illegal with its consequences being responsible for B Cs Overcrowding in Hospital Emergency Facilities and the Wait-lists for bona fide surgery.
I know. I know. The "Updated Consequences" is long but I did not make this complicated, the gov't has done this so you and I do not come to understand their corruption. Never forget, the numbers used are from gov't itself, used to scare people, but when understood as being 380 000 - 400 000 diabetics instead of one (1) the "Wholeness" of the horror of the policy really come to life.
This policy really kills a lot of people and that is why the Press, gov't, the RCMP, and the public refuse to respond to the "Updated Consequences", all based upon gov't numbers given to the public to supposedly justify the policy.
Ask the Press why they interview survivors of Emerge deaths but do not ask why all the people that make the Overcrowding are there. I knocked on the door, so to speak, and went inside, asked why, and the 50% of Emerge clients that should not be there are there because they cannot see thier General Practioner within a reasonable time. So, they go to Emerge for that day treatment instead of waiting 3 - days or longer. Why does it take so long to visit a G P? The G P is forced to administer the phoney, useless, non-needed medical examinations that cannot do what they are alleged to be able to do and fill out the useless Forms for gov't agencies, such as the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. Not only for 400 000 diabetics but for the other 100 or so medical conditions the OSMV supposedly manages. The Press has had the "Updated Consequences" for years and still on interview the survivors and when I watch the TV interviews and write the interviewee they refuse to acknowlege my letter. They have no Right to hold information back for those that have been interviewed and need information about a death. The Press is supposed to be open, the third party, to keep the gov't in line, to question gov't behaviour. I imagine the Homicide, the murder, the Genocide is worse than I understand.

Ask why the Press and other gov't ministry's and people that I write and give these two letters to, do not acknowledge the "Updated Consequences" letter.
These two letters have been sent to the OSMV, the BC Human Rights Tribual, the Press, the RCMP, the Premier of Newfoundland Labrador as he needed to buy heart surgery from the USA as he was on a wait-list. Also, sent to the Federal Leader of the NDP party as he is also waiting for health care for his Prostate cancer. No response from these two about this policy that just endangered their lives. It also endangered my life in 2009 where I needed to bury spinal surgery. What about all the people that cannot afford the private surgery? Do they die, become maimed, become addicted to the medicine that they need for their health care needs?
Don't forget, my first BC Human Rights Complaint changed who pays for the phoney disabled drivers' medical examination, DME. At least in BC. How long does it take the opposition to change policy? The RCMP rules about murder, rape, online perverts? So, think about the quality of questions I have asked in order that the gov't change policy for one diabetic asking questions about the policy and its horrific consequences.
-So, if you have a disability and drive this may apply to you.
-If you take care of a person with a disability and they drive this may apply to you.
-If you have had someone die in Emerge and the Emerge doctors could only say "sorry but the death is unexpected and it is unexplained only through the Overcrowding this may apply to you
-If you are waiting for bona fide or a medical necessary surgery this may apply to you.
- If you really dislike gov't in your life, unless it is legally explained, as Section 1 of the Charter demands, this may apply to you.
Just recently I have come to realize that the killing from the policy is Genocide. This came about as I wrote the Solicitor General of BC about the policy and the lack of a policy, about the falsifying of the New DME Form, which means this action is falsifying legal documents, about the theft of scientific research being used to justify the policy in HRT complaint #5791, etc and he wrote back that his staff had informed him that the complaint had been resolved. They lied to him. I wrote and told him this. No response. He has just resigned due to the Risk of a Breach in his Oath of Office. Now i need to start all over again as this new SG will be the fourth in four years.
So, if he resigns due to a Risk of harm to the Oath of Office why are the civil servants, who also swear an Oath of Office to follow the Law, do no Harm, do not Lie, do not steal, etc, etc, not Fired for these Breaches?
So, with this lie, I started looking around online for Oath of Office and ended up on a Wikipedia site 'Crime Against Humanity', which defines the killing and maiming coming from the consequences of the policy. It has links to Genocide which goes to "Democide", the genocide caused by a democratci society such as Canada. Genocide coming from gov't policies.
This Fact is why the gov't does not respond to the "Updated Consequences", the Press does not respond. The public I have contacted. And why the HRT has just buried discrmination complaint #5791. They have changed my discrimination complaint to include all disable classification so I cannot inquiry about the discrimination until the gov't publishes its new policy on driving, which may not happen as I caught them stealing research to justify the policy against the diabetic. So, how are they going to legally justify the policy if they have no research and the policy causes Genocide; Democide? The also gave the OSMV an indefinite Time to produce the new policy, which means the OSMV does not need to publish anything, which can be deconstructed in order to see if it discriminates also.
You will not find the above theft and the lie about the theft mentioned in the HRT Decision online.

I have just sent these letters and another one, 70 pages, to the UN Secretary General's Special Advisor on the Prevention of Genocide, as Canada does not want to investigate this.
To the Human Rights Watch, New York, NY as the BC HRT has just buried my complaint and showed bias for the gov't and prejudice against me.
And to the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies, Concordia Univesity as I believe they will not grovel to the cowards and criminals that are doing this to me and others disabled "people".
Canada was wrong when we did not support General Dallaire's request for help in Rawanda, and he is associated with the Institute which tells me they have the courage to stand up for Right, even when Canada's civil service was against Dallaire.
70 pages as it is a Review of what has/is happening to me, which is now documented and not hidden with such as was done with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. Documented because when I reviewed a Draft of the Policy to be, in 2006, they concluded the Draft with medical conditions that may express to a diabetic after having diabetes for 10, 15, or 20 years. These conditions are used to justify the policy. They are used as a tool of Fear, using Fear to justify the policy. Using Fear to increase Risk, done inorder to increase the Fear/Risk factor so the gov't can hide the fact that they need to fulfill the demands of the Charter,the HR Code, and the MVA before it sticks its ugly face in our lives.
This is not the movie Minority Report where believed future events can be used today to force people to do things. Nazis do this. These people are out of their minds. They are insane. They are the monsters not the diabetic or disabled. And they never put their names to these gov't documents do they.
So, these monsters, these corrupt civil servants, mislead about diabetes and what they are doing, and they expect me to die as I have had diabetes for 10 years now. Is that also why the HRT buried my complaint. In the near future the expect I will be dead or unable to lodge another Human Rights discrimination complaint, where they will not be able to support their former employees and friends in gov't?
