This letter was sent out to the following as they do not know how corrupt the BC Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles is. They do not know the diabetic policy is illegal, never proved as needed, has not been proved to be able what it's alleged to be able to do, and never studied for Good nor has the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Martin, and the Deputy, Howie, acknowledged diabetics visit their doctors for care. How insane is that. Their bias, prejucdice, hate, discrimiation, and bigotry need to be exposed for those fighting for Seniors and their Rights.
Secondly, the people running this new policy, Bonnie Dobbs and her husband, need to be exposed. Bonnie Dobbs is the same Dobbs that presented stolen science, placed within an Affidavit, to justify the diabetic drivers' policy. I confronted Dobbs, Martin, and Howie and the science was withdrawn and that's why the policy is still illegal today. She presented the same science that I presented that proves there is no difference in driver mishaps between type 2 drivers and non - diabetic drivers.
So, she's a liar, thief, and criminal for breaking the Trust of an Affidavit and her she is, with her husband, attacking Seniors.

Well, you three were almost there. What I mean is that you almost understood what is happening. It's so bizarre you don't want to believe it, but I think you three taste something that is deeply wrong. And you're Right.
PART 1
Warning
I need to warn you right now that I don't think you'll be allowed to continue on no matter how you feel about this and your commitment to the Public, as a Politician and Reporters or Journalists, as the Press. Your managers have buried this because the Consequences of the diabetic driver's policy, therefore all driving Policy, are absolutely horrific.
Firstly, you need to know the diabetic driver's policy is illegal. That's right. I've been at this since 2002 because I have type 2 and drive and I have Rights under the Constitution, Human Rights Code, and the Motor Vehicle Act whose demands have not been fulfilled. You also know this about the new policy concerning some senior drivers.
Secondly, the Solicitor General's Office, the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, OSMV, and the Ministry of Health wrote a co – authored letter admitting they know the policy is illegal and harms. That's right. The doctor that wrote the letter and told the Truth disappeared soon after and reappeared as a senior administrator for the Mayor of Vancouver; saw her on TV during the Olympics. These are the same people you are dealing with.
Third, the Consequences; I believe you understand there are consequences of stress to seniors for this arbitrary assault upon their being, their psyche; it really is a psychological assault. However, I do not believe you know the extent of the consequences not only upon seniors but the Laws of our Country listed above, the Public and the Universal Health Care System, UHCS. Right now you are the naïve bystander but soon you will not be naïve, hopefully you're really are shocked and saying this is not happening in Canada. It is. And that is why you need to read my other letters sent to Government,the Press, and the world.
Lastly, I would like you to pass this onto the seniors that were interview, as they, as a group, may be able to do what you may not be allowed to do. It's terrible how this is buried and what has happened to me for exposing what you are at the brink of. How many people are Dobbs and her husband going to kill though stress? Gerontology is their field of study and they know what stress does to seniors. They know they'll kill people with this illegal policy. What's that make them?

My Credentials
I have type 2 diabetes, since 1999, and have been writing the OSMV, whom you are now involved with and writing about, since my initial Inquiry of 2002 – 2004. I've had three B C Human Rights Tribunal Discrimination Complaints concerning this. My inquiry and HRT complaints changed Gov't Policy concerning diabetic drivers, where you now pay for the Driver Medical Examinations, DME; our taxes, since 2006, and the gov't pretends they did this change through Good Will. They didn't. You do not need be to be benevolent to them; this is a charade they play to manipulate you. I have been trying to force gov't into obeying the laws of Canada and B C, which they continue to break, as you've come to understand with the seniors corruption. My complaints not only changed the fee payments for type 2 drivers and type 1s, but All drivers Classified as disabled. I was also reimbursed my DME fees in order that I go away. Why weren't others reimbursed their fees as the Gov't changed their fee payment? Because it may have cost $100 000 000 or more; this is why my HRT Representative Complaint was not accepted; its online. The OSMV states it monitors 100 medical conditions for the betterment of society. You now know this is a lie, as you've come to understand with the seniors; the OMVM have not proved a Need, that the test can do anything , or proved to offer any Good.
Your inquiry into the new seniors policy concerns the same illegal behaviour from the same corrupt staff in the S G's Office and the OSMV, coming from the SMV, Steve Martin and the Deputy SME, Lisa Howie. Both monsters, psychopaths and sociopaths, as they know the policies are illegal and have written they know the policy harms. And what did I see on TV the other night? Bonnie Dobbs. The corrupt “academic researcher” that was hired by Martin and Howie to justify the diabetic driver's policy. They failed in their lie due to the fact that Dobbs stole science and falsified an Affidavit and I called her on this and her Presentation was withdrawn and that's why the diabetic policy is still illegal today. Bonnie Dobbs, liar, thief, and criminal, has raised her ugly head again still trying to cover – up illegal gov't policy and its horrific consequences, and her husband is with her this time. Dobbs knows the OSMV harms society and she willingly participates.
Simons, you were right when you talked about Peer Review. You know something is wrong and it is.
Simons, Pope, and Tomlinson you have no idea of the corruption you are so close to and now involved in. On the left hand you have a little lady, a nice “academic researcher', a girl dressed in a dress and bow, non – confrontational, and oozing trustworthiness and on the right hand a liar, thief, and sociopath.
By the way, Dobbs has never studied or written about diabetes, type 1 or 2, or hypoglycemia, or anything concerning the impact of diabetic medication upon diabetics; this was according to her Cover Letter on her Presentation. She falsely used her position as new gov't employee and “academic researcher” to mislead, misinform, and misrepresent what she was doing, therefore what the gov't is doing. This is why she is more than a liar and thief, as she tried to cover up the horrific consequences with her station of “academic researcher” who by default must always acknowledged consequences of their actions and if harmful stop doing it. She's lied and stolen, hiding harm, and continues on as if nothing has happened. Just like she's doing with the Seniors. She studies seniors for as a profession, or is that really why she studies seniors? Dobbs has placed herself on a pedestal, projected herself forward as the greatest researcher concerning geriatrics, she knows her actions harm, may even kill, and she carries on as nothing has happened. These actions define sociopath and psychopath.
Remember this Simons, as you are a new Politician, but not a naïve bystander. Pope and Tomlinson you are both seasoned reporters or journalists, and by default not naïve bystanders. Now think about the Truth and Power of my questions concerning the illegal policy and its horrific consequences that an unknown person, me, changed Government Policy and the fee payment scheme, which now cost the gov't $100 000 000 a year or more. Think about the Attorney General's Supervising lawyer taking over all actions concerning my complaints and offered an out of court Crown Settlement Agreement after hiring Heenan Blaikie, the largest law firm in Canada to attack me and defend her and those corrupt Politicians and Public Servants and their illegal policy.
I'm no one special, just someone who believes in Canada and knows this policy is against the law and have written so. I have been lied to, been presented with falsified documents, stolen documents from Dobbs, a breached Affidavit from Dobbs, the S G's Office broke the Crown Settlement Agreement and contrived a charade and played it out through the A G's Supervising lawyer, Hunt, and Heenan Blaikie's lawyer, Iyer, to cover it up. I was asked to Review Policy Papers concerning the 'to be' Diabetic Policy, as there was no policy paper legalizing the diabetic drivers policy to begin with. I have recently been attacked and assaulted, and had my character raped by Steve Martin for challenging him again and exposing his illegal drivers' policies and their consequences to the Insurance Corporation of B C.
These people are in positions of Power and Trust, and yet you know something terrible is present. I offer more letters below which will explain what you are really involved in; the illegal policies and the horrific Consequences.
Simons, I've written Dix, when he was the NDP Health critic, as he's a type 1 diabetic, and was the Health Care critic. He's afraid to acknowledge this illegal policy and the horrific consequences. He's a coward for not standing up. He's so afraid he can not do anything. It's really sad. And yet, here you are.
I've recently written the A G Office critic, Krog, a lawyer, and he also has done nothing. Last night on the NEWS, Feb15, Krog was complaining about the loss of courts and judges. Why not corruption in the A G's and S G's Offices? Gov't needs to obey the laws, as you and I do.
Pope and Tomlinson, I've written the Press about this and everyone is afraid to acknowledge this illegal policy and its horrific consequences and yet here you are. It's Puzzling. Maybe there's changes afoot, I doubt it.
Maybe the illegal and corrupt behaviour of some Politicians and absolutely corrupt senior Public Servants is about to be confronted. I recently wrote the politically experienced, new Solicitor General, Bond, concerning the OSMV and Martin and his illegal policy and her return letter was just a lie. I wrote back and informed her so and stated she should resign and explained why. And here she is again defending illegal policy knowing the policy will endanger seniors. There is not doubt Bond is as corrupt as Dobbs, Martin, Howie, and unknown others and needs firing, as they have broken the law and their Oath of Office as exemplified with the diabetic policy and with this new anti – senior policy. They have not fulfilled the demands of the Charter, HR Code, and Motor Vehicle Act, which is not only Discrimination, but illegal, and senior abuse. Why should they have jobs? Why aren't they attacked and given tests as diabetics and senior are?
PART 3
First of all; again, my Credibility;
You should know I'm following the laws of Canada and B C and not making this up, as it seems to bizarre to be happening in Canada. We have the Right to know the demands of the Charter, Human Rights Code, Motor Vehicle Act, and the Right you and I have to know that Politicians and senior Public Servants are fulfilling their Oath's of Office, which is, do not kill, lie, steal, mislead, misrepresent, misinform, etc, are being fulfilled without you and me watching over their backs. This is what you seem to know is missing; the fulfillment of law and proven standards. There are laws these people have broken and they know it, Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, Dobbs' husband, the Attorney General, and the Premier know these driving policies are illegal and never proved to be able to what they allege it to be able to do, and offer Good and yet they continues on, knowing the horrific consequences.
On one hand, not only have they all broken the laws of Canada but they've all broken their Oath of Office and that's why Dobbs and Bond were so aggressive to you with the lies and the Triple Bs, BBBs. Not bbb, or bBb, or BbB, but BBB, real Bullshit Baffles Brains stuff. And yet you three knew something was wrong, as did the seniors you interviewed. Bond, Dobbs, Martin, and Howie are corrupt, chronic liars, and worse. And by the way, I have said this to them before and they do not respond. If I wrote this about you and it wasn't true what would you do? This non – action should inform you they cannot afford to have this in court. Why? Because all this will come out.
On the other hand they know you, the seniors, and myself do not have $1 000 000 a year for court costs, so they just lie and stonewall and the B C Human Rights Tribunal has been compromised, as proven as they would not cancel the diabetic policy knowing it is illegal and harms.
Secondly, I don't know if a senior's Discrimination complaint would be accepted, as I've had three B C HRT Discrimination Complaints concerning this very thing; unproven demands upon drivers and known horrific consequences upon the Public, the Universal Health Care System, and General Practitioners. The first Complaint is not written up by the HRT, as explained above, with the second not accepted for phoney reasons but really because it would cost millions of dollars, which would then drag the Press and Public into asking the “the why” of the reimbursements, and third we can only come to the conclusion that the B C HRT was threatened by Government to not allow a Hearing even though the HRT knew the policy is illegal and harms. (BC HRT, Decisions, Jenkins vs OSMV Dec 2008 and Feb 2009.)
Why did I continue to write and challenge these corrupt Politicians and senior Public Servants? I agreed to the out of court Crown Settlement Agreement, that the gov't proposed, as I want change and for these Politicians and Public Servants to obey the law, as you and I do. One needs to practice Approachability, Accommodation, and Compromise if we really are going to make the world a better place. Those mentioned above have not measured up but lied and falsified documents, continued to break the law, and knowingly harmed the Public and the UHCS. It all needed to be documented and it is.
Third, what you have seemed to have forgotten, as you are too nice, is that if the gov't wants to stick its ugly face into our lives it must fulfill the demands of Charter, Section 1, the demands of the Human Rights Code, Section 8, and the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, Sections 25, 29, and 92. This is real stuff. This is what makes us a Democracy. These three sections of the MVA are used by the OSMV, as bona fide proof, that it can make demands and medical demands of the Public and cancel licenses. You just believe they have fulfilled these demands and why shouldn't you?
However, they are lying about what they are doing, as they have not fulfilled 25 and 29. Additionally, it's misleading, as 92 is not an independent demand of itself. 92 is based upon the fulfillment of 29 and as the demands of 29 have not been fulfilled, 92 is not legally applicable. Gov't does not inform you of this on their documents; they consciously falsify legal documents to manipulate the Public, Police, and lawyers. The so called legal document “Notice of Prohibition” is a working example of this lie, as it the Driver's Medical Examination Form.
Also, Bond is lying about this as doctors do not have the legal right to force medical exams upon diabetics, seniors, or anyone. Bond, who supposedly manages the OSMV, purposely mislead you. Bond purposely transferred any accountability and responsibility to the doctors, where legally she must prove a Need and Good before any intervention and doctors are not allowed to Intervene unless the Intervention is a proven Need and there is no Harm. Bond must fulfill the demands of Canada and B C before doctors are forced to implement her Driver's Medical Examination. Bond knows the policy is illegal, as I wrote her about this policy and the OSMV and she lied to protect her position and the Public Service. Again, Martin and Howie also know all of this, therefore they know this new senior policy is illegal.
Yes, as hard as this is to believe, the OSMV has not fulfilled any of these demands, little lone the demands of the MVA. And this is for diabetes, which impacts 10% of society. So, what makes you think the OSMV and Bond have fulfilled the demands of the MVA for any of the other 100 medical conditions the OSMV supposedly manages , little lone this arbitrary demand upon seniors? Bond just lies that the demands upon the Public are legal, as you, the Press, Politicians, the Public, and Seniors just believe they would be legal. Why shouldn't you? These people have broken the Trust between not only people but between the Public and Government. You believe the demands are legal because you are nice people and believe others are obeying the law also. I used to believe, until I asked for the Science that justifies the policy and the studies that prove Good coming from the Policy. Lisa Howie and the Ministry of Health said they based the policy on their “view” of life. Their “view” of life doesn't fulfill the demands of the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office and they know they are causing the Emerge Overcrowding which caused an inordinate number of unexplained deaths and maiming. So, why should we believe anything they say and again this is why these people are psychopaths and sociopaths and need Mental Health care. Monsters all.
PART 4
SCALE
The 2009 HRT Decision proves the diabetic policy is illegal, which means the HRT has also turned their back on the known harmful consequences. Knowing these things about the Policy the HRT still gave the OSMV more time to legally justify a policy that is not needed. Again, as hard as this is to believe, the Scientific studies prove there is no problem with type 2 diabetic drivers; there is no difference in driver mishaps between type 2s and non – diabetic drivers. So why the Policy? Hate, Power, and Criminal behaviour by people like Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, and the new Premier. Why do they keep the policy knowing it's illegal and no science to justify it, and knowing the horrific consequences?
Think Scale; how many G Ps are needed to give 2 000 000 people or more Driver Medical Examinations? There's 430 000 diabetics in B C. How many more people when you acknowledge the other 100 medical conditions? Think about how many people are Classified, Labeled, and Tracked as disabled people in B C. I'm labeled as disabled, so is breast cancer, prostate, eyes and ear, nose and throat, kidney, mental health, etc. You list the 100 medical conditions and the percentage of society, as the OSMV has refused to give me the list and the cost, and ICBC does not list them either.
Dobbs
Again, what are you hinting at and feeling about concerning the seniors? About Dobbs and her husband? About Bond? You're not naïve, just in disbelief of what you think is going on. And that's ok, as it shouldn't be going on.
1. The OSMV has not fulfilled the demands of the laws mentioned above and they have acknowledged this and harm, but you just don't know it. Dobbs was hired to justify the policy but failed.
2. Time for my Credibility again and you'll really like this, as this exemplifies how Corrupt Dobbs is, you know there is something wrong with what Dobbs and her husband are doing, but not what, as its too horrific to imagine. This also exemplifies how corrupt Martin and Howie are, as they hired her to falsify documents to justify the policy against diabetics. This also exemplifies how corrupt Bond is, as she has not fired Dobbs knowing Dobbs falsified documents. And, Premier Clark also knows this and is covering it up. And now they've set Dobbs upon seniors.
In my 2009 HRT Discrimination complaint the gov't, through Dobbs and its lawyers, presented their legal Response to my Complaint. Their Response consisted of Scientific Research and other literature to justify the diabetic policy; Peer Reviewed Science, (Simons), scientific papers, books, NEWS articles, (Pope and Tomlinson), papers of some sort, articles of some sort, book pages of some sort, and just papers mentioning diabetes; done to justify the diabetic drivers' policy, the Drivers' Medical Examination, therefore seemingly legally justifying the horrific consequences. The Response was Professionally put together, delivered by lawyers and under the Legal stamp of Affidavit, which guarantees Trust, bona fide (ness), and Truth. However, All documents were stolen and the Trust of the Affidavit broken. That's right, they really did this, denied it, as did the HRT.
The policy should have been legalized since 1978 with the Canada Human Rights Act, or 1982, the year of our Constitution, or the 1996 Revision of the Motor Vehicle Act. As it's only based upon the “view” of some corrupt people this can be viewed as the phenomena of “Group Think”, group think of prejudice, discrimination, bigotry, and hate of people of difference. They support and defend each other in this perversion of life.
As their “view” of life does not include the Charter, the Human Rights Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office then why should we follow their “view” of life? These people are not Democrats. What are they? These Politicians and Public Servants are really nasty, corrupt, perverted, sick humans; they have deep mental health issues to continue doing what they are doing and what they have just done to you and the seniors; it's not only Illegal, Prejudicial, and Discriminatory, but it really is Senior Abuse.
Now you know the Science Presentation came from the very same “academic researcher” you mention, I couldn't believe what I was seeing on TV; evil incarnate, Dobbs and her BBB, lying and mislead again. Martin and Howie, and unknowns in gov't have presented Bonnie Dobbs on the pedestal again, done to manipulate you, seniors, and the public. Done to justify her husband's unproven computer toy through association of phoney greatness, not Facts, Truth, and Law.
They know she's a liar and thief and used her position as “academic researcher”, in others words, a scientist, to cover up what they are doing, running illegal policy that is directly responsible for Emerge Overcrowding and lack of taxes for bona fide surgery. Imagine the amount of money they paid her. And now her husband, the great inventor of some kind of game, that has not been peered reviewed, Simons acknowledgment, and proved to be able to do anything, is also making false statements concerning his work and presentations.
Dobbs' proven behaviour; she collected the material presented, then had a lawyer in Alberta, where she's from, stamp the Presentation with the stamp of “Affidavit” to consciously mislead me, therefore all readers, that the material was bona fide and she had legal permission to use. This means she had Permission from All the owners of the material she put forward, to use their Research, books, papers, NEWS articles, etc, etc for her Presentation to legally justify the illegal Social Policy of a Foreign Government and justify the known horrific consequences of the Policy. Dobbs did this behind the owners backs, without their knowledge. Slippery eh. What's she doing to seniors? What's her husband doing?
What do I mean by theft? I also knew there was something wrong with her presentation but it took awhile, as the crime was so nasty one doesn't believe a scientist would do such a thing or Gov't. Dobbs really did steal All or most of the work (some was so old I don't think it would be covered under Copyright and certainly not Intellectual Property Rights); she listed 185 pieces of material on diabetes plus 15 on thyroid. How do we know this was stolen? There should have been at least 10 000 pages of Copyright Permission forms, Intellectual Property Rights Permission forms, and Intent of Use Permission forms. There was nothing. Absolutely nothing. And this was, unknowingly to the owners, presented to justify a foreign country's social policy? CBC and Global, your material is Copyright, etc, protected, especially if Government wants to use it to legally justify an illegal policy that is known to harm the Public. Simons, as a politician, I don't know about your writing. Reporters, if you plagiarize someone, steal their work, you will loose you job, be fined, or go to jail. You know this as do your colleagues, editors, and owners. So, why didn't the Attorney General's Office charge Dobbs with crimes? Because they hired her to do the crime. How else do you explain the theft and cover up?
For your information I had thirty days to respond to this document under the structure of the HRT. It was presented by an “academic researcher”, the Supervising lawyer of the Attorney General's Office, the Solicitor General, the Office of the Superintendent and Deputy of Motor Vehicles, Heenan Blaikie's Human Rights lawyer, and the law firm in Alberta to the B C Human Rights Tribunal and me under the legal protection of an Affidavit. Powerful stuff, eh.
Reader, would you have accepted this as bona fide? Of course you would. It's something very real in presentation and for all sense and purpose passed all the standards of Law and Science in order to be presented to legally justify an illegal policy? And never forget Dobbs never mentioned the consequences of the policy. Why? Reader, if you just accepted the presentation would you be held accountable for your actions if something went wrong because you accepted this document to be used to justify the policy and consequences? Don't you have the responsibility to make sure documents are bona fide etc? Are lawyers really allowed to present stolen documents or stamp approval of Affidavit to a documents without studying the document for bona fide (ness)?
On the other hand, you were mislead by very powerful people, by the people that are freely given power to run our Democracy. You should believe it bona fide, as look who was presenting it. If you accepted the presentation from Dobbs it was because you let your guard down because of who presented it and within an Affidavit.
Dobbs was lying to you and contrived the lie to deceive and hide criminal behaviour. So, would you really be held responsible if someone charged with the death of their father or family member in an overcrowded Emerge that resulted from your acceptance of the so called science that was presented to justify the policy? Would the politicians? Would the senior Public Servants? They would all pass the buck. This is the kind of stuff the lawyers talked about, that they needed an answer to, just in case I dared challenge them about their theft and breach of Affidavit. Lawyers don't get involved in this kind of deception unless they have thought it through; by default that's what lawyers do.
The above scenario is what they have done for this illegal seniors policy. That's why they had such rosy, seemingly logical, unobtrusive responses to your questions, a charade done in order to manipulate the audience, the seniors and the Public. I believe that's what you found phoney about the policy and their responses.
I didn't accept the Response as I knew the policy was illegal, they wrote they knew it harmed the Public and the UHCS, they broke the Crown Settlement Agreement, played a charade to cover it up, and more. I knew they were liars, corrupt, and full of bias, hate, fear and loathing, disgust, contempt, prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry and their policy killed and maimed, as that's what they really meant with the harm they mentioned; they were causing the Overcrowding in Emerge and to those waiting for Surgery, as they were using 20 – 25% of General Practitioners to fulfill the demands of All the illegal disabled drivers' policies, All 100 of them.
I Deconstructed Dobbs' presentation for what it was; a Cover Letter of twenty (20) pages, which means she's an ego maniac, someone in love with herself, pompous, vain, and full of herself; someone screaming look at me, look at me, look what I've done. The so called Scientific presentation is not about herself, but the task at hand. She wrote as many pages concerning herself as pages of stolen material. This in itself exemplifies that there is something desperately wrong with the presentation and presenter. I just knew the BBBs were present with these self given accolades and laurels. However, vanity, self love, and the BBBs are not good enough to Fail the presentation.
Cover letters are important to read. There were so many pages one is tempted not to read and just accept Dobbs as the bona fide “academic researcher” and beyond investigation. Bona fide Science does not hide behind that charade. As her employers are liars and criminals, this knowledge makes one question and evaluate her credentials and what she is really doing. I discovered Dobbs had never studied diabetes or written anything concerning diabetes and hypoglycemia, the very reason for the DME in the first place. So, what credibility does she have? She listed so many studies that I came to understand she must have listed something even if it was just a letter mentioning diabetes, seniors, or geriatrics, and the word diabetes. It really was sad that she is this insecure, vain, and corrupt. This informs you who she really is. A nasty bit of business consciously deceiving people about who she is and what she's really doing.
The presentation was full of lies, misinformation, misleading information, senseless information, pointless, redundant, misrepresentation of information, and stolen material. It defined corruption of Science and social standards.
Dobbs also failed to acknowledge the consequences of her actions which is against the Law and Science.
As she's an “academic researcher” I Failed her paper, as she broke the Trust by stealing Science. I Failed it not only because it was stolen material, but she did not prove anything and she refused to acknowledge the consequences of Government intervention, her intervention. She was just making noise and groveling for Power and Prestige and a full – time job with the Government and their pension; a huge contract for the remaining of her career. And now we add her husband to that corruption.
Her presentation should have fulfilled the process I call the “Five Steps of Engagement”, it's explained more fully in the Three Reviews, and we all do this if we're successful or want to be and it doesn't matter what you're doing.
One; Is your demand a bona fide Need? This Intervention has never been proved as needed. Two; it's never been proved it can do anything, Three; are the consequences of the Intervention or test upon the subjects acknowledged; how harmful are they? Four; has Good been proven? Five; what do diabetics or seniors do already to justify their privilege to drive? Is this really acknowledged? Does this Intervention equal or more than equal the government's demand or new demand?
As a diabetic I visit the G P every three months for diabetic care and this is never acknowledged by Dobbs, Martin, Howie, or the Solicitor General. Why do they deny this fact? They can't acknowledge this fact, as then they couldn't Classify, Register, Force me to undergo a phoney medical exam, and Track me for the rest of my life. They couldn't hurt me if they acknowledge the disabled care for themselves, which means that I'm not only caring for myself, personal care, but caring for others, societal care. If they acknowledge this bona fide health care they couldn't hurt people anymore by denigrating their character, their being, by stating the gov't needs to monitor the disabled because they're a liability and harmful to society. Such a harm that the gov't does not even need to fulfill the demands of the Charter, HR Code, Motor Vehicle Act, and their Oath of Office. Reader, I believe this is what you know is wrong, just not defined for you.
Now you know it's the gov't that's the liability and harms, not the disabled or seniors. If they acknowledged my health care to you, the Press, and other Politicians, that my health care is proactive and actually is a bona fide demand upon the UHCS, then you would demand; “Why is the gov't is making this excessive and worthless demand upon the UHCS?”
What has Dobbs not done that she should have been the so called world class “academic researcher”? Not proved a bona fide Need; prove the Intervention can positively impact that need, to do what its alleged to be able to do; she is forced, by Science Protocol, to mention the Consequences of that Intervention, not done; Prove Good, not done; and address whether if or not the client or subject is involved in Intervention themselves, not done. None of this was attended to. None of the world standards of Science were attended to, which Dobbs pretends she's follows. The pedestal of super scientist that Dobbs, Martin, Howie, and Politicians have placed Dobbs upon is just BBB. She doesn't live the dream. She's a monster. With one hand she says she's the trusted worthwhile scientist and All should believe her and with the other hand, out of sight, she's a monster stealing science, breaking its world standards, using stolen science to cover up harm, and with lust continues on with that harm by attacking seniors.
Dobbs was abusing her position of academic researcher, someone “published”, and someone in the social and scientific position of Trust in order to bamboozle the reader with her “position”, rather that facts, truth, and bona fide research that others can review for credibility and harm; the BBBs were really evident and they were thick.
We are not allowed to continue our behaviour if we know we are Harming others. Why didn't Dobbs mention the harm the gov't had admitted to? Dobbs broke world standards of Science when she stole “peer reviewed” science, non – peer reviewed research, and just Science. She has no credibility. She consciously broke the standards, using her so called Place and Prestige as an “academic researcher”. She consciously broke the Trust by doing so. As an employee of Government she also broke that Trust that comes with that position and her Oath of Office.
Dobbs needs to be exposed for what she really is, what she has done, and what she is doing now. She is more problematic than the doctor mentioned by Tomlinson. She really is corrupt, not just in an awkward position, as the doctor seems to be. Does the doctor know about Dobbs and the illegality of the policies? Has he just believed the Gov't and Dobbs that the policy is needed, legal, and offers Good?
Dobbs' Presentation was withdrawn after my Response to her; my deconstruction of her lies made these corrupt people back off but somehow the HRT was compromised or threatened. The HRT Decision does not acknowledge this theft. Why? Again, this is why the diabetic policy is still illegal today. If I had not stood up to this corruption you would read that the Diabetic Policy was legalized by that 2009 HRT Decision. You don't read that. This is why the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Steve Martin, just attacked, assaulted, and raped my character for exposing this illegal policy and the corruption to ICBC when Martin cancelled my license after I would not accept his change of my diagnosed type of diabetes, from type 2 to type 1. ICBC is still in denial that the policy is illegal and the Forms they use to cancel licenses are illegal, as Martin falsified documents to make these documents seem legal; the Notice of Prohibition. This attack and assault went on for three months until I sent a letter explaining, in depth, the corruption surrounding this policy, exposing Dobbs, Martin, the OSMV, the new Solicitor General, Bond, and the new Premier, as she also knows the policy is illegal. Clark passed the buck also, gave it to Bond, who has lied about what is going on with the policy. And here they are again, running another illegal policy and lying about it also, and using their corrupt “academic researcher” and now her husband to falsely justify their behaviour. We know what Dobbs did so why should be believe anything her husband puts forward? Both are after or have long term contracts with corrupt gov't and they do it for what? Done for Money, Vanity, Power, Prestige, the Criminality, as they believe they're better than the disabled, seniors, and most other people, above the Charter, Human Rights, the MVA? And above God, as they know this policy kills and maims?
3. Again, the DME is now paid for by your taxes because of my first Discrimination complaint, #1954. That Crown Settlement Agreement was actually broken by the OSMV in 2006 and not renewed when I asked for an amendment or new Crown Agreement; the Attorney General at that time told to get a lawyer if I didn't like what was going on. What this means is that these people are running policy against the Crown's demands and its Objectives. They consciously broke their own Crown Settlement Agreement that they contrived so the HRT complaint would not be heard. This means their actions are Treasonable as they are running gov't in opposition to the Crown's demands. Interesting isn't it. This is what they really are doing. The corruption doesn't stop once commenced and exposed, it only worsens, because it has been proved nothing happens to them for doing so. These people really are Traitors, as their behaviour harms society, as they admitted their illegal policy harms our “democratic society”; not only physically but voids our Charter, our Guaranteed Rights and Freedoms. They've invalidated our Constitution. Traitors all.
4. Simons, you mention the “BC 2010 Guide in Determining Fitness to Drive”. I have not been given a copy and I was promised one, as the 2009 HRT Decision said I must wait for it, read it, and if I believed the OSMV had not justified the diabetic policy I could lodge another Discrimination complaint. I don't know if it's been published. If it has I know why I didn't get a copy.
Additionally, from my first Discrimination complaint; I was asked to Review a Draft of the Policy To Be, which I did, then I Reviewed a Policy Paper, then another Draft, which meant the Policy Paper had been cancelled. Those that contrived these Papers did not justified the Need with Science, prove the Intervention can do what it's alleged to be able to do, prove any Good, or that I visit the G P. Why? They were just formal looking BBB and I told them so. I agreed to Review these Papers as my Inquiry and Discrimination complaints are done to make the world a better place and if one doesn't want to Review then what are you really doing? In fact, the Reviews were stonewalling but one needs to continue with the contact or nothing is accomplished, nothing is recorded to exemplify the wrong doing of Politicians and these Public Servants. One just needs to understand these people are corrupt and some have severe mental health issues and continue on, as the interaction records their deviant behaviour. The Reviews were late 2006 – early 2007.
Secondly, there's something about knowing the Reviews were just stonewalling, as this allows the opposition or Government to continue their perverse, abnormal behavior, which allows for documentation of the Escalation of their deviant behaviour. Today, you can see how perverted and twisted they really are; attacking seniors where even ICBC's data proves there is Not a “driving mishaps” problem. The problem is the Bias, Hate, Ignorance, Prejudice and Bigotry of some Politicians and senior Public Servants. These people really are sociopaths and psychopaths, as they know they're killing and maiming people and yet they continue on. Maybe this is what you realized about these people. Something changed or impacted you to stand up and do your reports.
Question; How's Dobbs going to justify the Policy with bona fide, peer reviewed Science, as she was caught stealing Science from the most prestigious researchers in the world and I informed them of what she did. They had the Right to know someone had stolen their research and used it to make social policy, where some of the research specifically stated this research is not to be used for social policy or any use. Dobbs knew this about some research. And Dobbs is still employed by the B C Government. Of course, as she's as corrupt as them.
I also informed the “National Research Council of Canada” and the “National Academy of Sciences”, the American equivalent, about Dobbs' theft and use and asked them to Black List Dobbs for what she did and attempted to do; stealing Science to justify a foreign government's Social Policy, where Dobbs and Government know the Science is protected and that the policy harms Society. This is what Fascist and Nazis states do to people they do not like. The “democratic society” of Canada has rules so that corrupt Politicians and senior Public Servants do to do this to the Public. So, why is this happening? (From Section 1of the Charter.)
And here she is again, four years later, with her husband, attacking seniors. It begs the questions; “Did Bonnie Dobbs get permission to use the Science she has used to supposedly justify more Government Policy?” and “Has Dobbs acknowledged the harm of the policy's intervention?” and “Did her husband get permission to use the Science he has used to justify the supposed bona fide (ness) of his toy?” and “Do these two acknowledge how many doctors will be taken out of service to fulfill the demands of the DME?” and “Have these two proved there is Good coming from their policy?” By law, Good must come from any intervention. This is no different than doctor intervention, there must be Good.
Dobbs, Seniors, and her husband
Dobbs is an “academic researcher” researching seniors. She studies seniors; gerontology. She presents herself as the researcher of researchers concerning seniors. You are supposed to just believe and not Question. Hold it. Hold it. Science is about Questions and everyone has the Right to Deconstruct her work and her presentations. If you are not allowed to, then what is her work about and what kind of Quality, Value, Worth, and Good is it? Does it stand up to standards?
Now you know what Dobbs is really like; “Why does she study seniors?”
By default, because gov't and Dobbs presents herself as, The Expert, she knows what she's doing to seniors with this illegal policy and its consequences, as that's what she studies, as she so vividly and profusely informs us in her Cover Letter. She studies seniors and the Interventions into their lives and the Consequences of those Interventions. Not only cancers or medical conditions but Social and Emotional conditions, those Negatives that come from selling and moving, moving to apartments, to primary care and secondary care, to supported care, to full care, and last stages.
She studies seniors and their loss of ones car or auto; the mobility loss and the social status loss. The emotional loss associated with the loss of the car, as the car is 'a' or 'the' social status icon of many people. This social status is very important to this generation of seniors, as they constructed and lived WITHIN the new culture of automobiles; the First Generation to experience this physical and social phenomena; the movement from horses to cars. This is who these seniors really are; they were born in the 1920s and 1930s.
This unknown intervention for seniors is a new test to them, something not even Proved as Needed. It's been stated by gov't that it's like a game, a computer game, but it's really a test for seniors, something out of place for them, something unknown, therefore fearful; I don't like tests and I don't play computer games. It's not just a game, that's a lie from Dobbs and her husband and the Solicitor General, Bond, and all others supporting it. It really is a Test, an unproven test concerning the senior's cognitive skills and abilities and physical being. This is a test concerning their psychological being. This is a psychological attack no different than when Martin attacked me, in an effort to denigrate my character, worth, and dignity. And he's still the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. He's the one that has severe mental health illness not seniors. Martin, Dobbs and her husband, and their supporters are the dysfunctional people here, not seniors.
Secondly, there's the threat of loosing their license for no proven reason. Seniors, just as all non – seniors, rely upon the wonderful freedom from the access to driving their own car, not hindered by bus schedules, senior bus travel business', etc etc, to manage their lives; food, banking, companionship, entertainment, etc. This is a very stressful negative.
Dobbs knows all this. Dobbs studies this. She knows she's stressing seniors and she knows the consequences of stress, the unknown, and fear and the absolute fear of the arbitrary demands upon one's self and coming from some unexplained process and people that are never held accountable for their actions such as Howie and Martin; senior Public Servants. Dobbs absolutely knows what she's doing to seniors. She absolutely knows what her husband is doing and the Consequences of his actions and what her support for his actions does. She protects his Interventions and Consequences for what? What does Dobbs get out of this, as she knows this is all illegal and harms?
Dobbs supports and covers up his insatiable lust for Power, Prestige, and Money. Husband and wife look the same in a mirror; the insatiable desires of Greed, Lust, Vanity, Pride, Power, Prestige, and Money. He makes money on this charade and she makes money by acting out another charade to defend him and they are paid huge sums for their arrogance, lies, and corruption. She also gets paid for her work, through the OSMV trying to justify the Disabled Drivers' Policies and cover up the harm, just as she's doing for her husband and his BBB unproven computer test. (Charades are played by these people to deceive and misinform you, as played out by gov't when they broke the Crown Settlement Agreement and played the charade to cover it up, the charade of Reviewing Drafts is another bona fide example of deception.)
“How many seniors are going to die over this?”, and “For what?”, and “Where is the Good?”
Dobbs knows the medical conditions that express with stressful conditions such as this, as she studies stress and the unknown and acknowledges the consequences in her studies.
How many are going to die from her husband's illegal policy? From Martin, Howie, and Bond's illegal policy?
Dobbs has again turned her back on the “academic researcher's” legal, moral, or ethical standards of what she demands of society to give her and what she plays out. The same can be said for her husband.
They do this for money. They do this for Power, Prestige, and what? What kind of twisted glory are they after? Do you know what really drives these people? It's really bias, hate, prejudice, contempt, disgust, fear and loathing, discrimination and bigotry of not only seniors but of people they do not consider worthwhile, such as the disabled. Seniors do not need people like Dobbs taking care of them; liars and thieves and people that care nothing for Human Rights and Canadian Law. Nor do non – seniors need people like this mismanaging seniors, mismanaging their parents, and grandparents.
This is more than Senior Abuse, its an attack upon some very needy, trustworthy, older people.
PART 4
Once Politicians and senior Public Servants steal and falsify documents, as happened to me over the years, therefore you, done to mislead, misinform, fulfill the deviant desires and are not taken to task for this deviant illegal behaviour, and are still employed by Government, there is no need to believe Dobbs has changed her ways. By not firing Dobbs the Government has Reinforced her perverted, deviant behaviour as acceptable. Of course, she's just like them, that's why they hired her in the first place and they haven't been fired either. They really are a gang of sociopaths and psychopaths.
The Solicitor General's Office has had eight or ten S G in as many years, the Office is absolutely corrupt. They must have guaranteed Dobbs protection also, as Dobbs absolutely knew she was breaking the Rules of Science and Law. She must get paid a huge renumeration and maybe a bonus for danger pay.
Remember, not one Politician or senior Public Servant like the SMV, Steve Martin or the Deputy SMV, Howie, were fired for this theft and lies; at a minimum they should have been charged with a breach of Oath of Office, which is immediate dismissal and jail time. Why haven't they been fired and charged? They're all protecting each other, just like in a gang. After what Simons has done do you think they'll try and recruit him?
There is more to this and I've presented it in my three Reviews; the second Review instigated Martin's attack and assault. The third Review was a review of his behavior and saw my license returned. My Deconstruction of Dobbs presentation saw the presentation withdrawn and should be read as it will help expose the BBB from Dobbs and her husband. My “Updated Consequences” needs reading also, as it explains the how Grand the consequences of this policy really are.
And the sad thing is the Government and Public Servants know they are causing the Emerge Overcrowding, etc. It really is more than nasty. Again, because people do not want to acknowledged the Scale; approximately 20%, or more, of General Practitioners are used to fulfill the Driver Medical Examinations. Simons, Pope, and Tomlinson, you need to think in “Scale”, Grand Scale. How many people have diseases that are monitored; diabetes is 10% of society, mental health is 20%, breast cancer 7%, prostate 9% and osteoporosis is 20% of women. Maybe 75% of society have diseases or illness and we're a driving society? All forced to undergo a medical exam and not legally justified and their bona fide care is not acknowledged if the client is visiting a G P, such as I do. That act of denial really is insane. The Solicitor General's Office makes the greatest demand upon our UHCS, more than any other Ministry or Department of Government or private entity. You three really have walked into something nasty. You really need to think Scale.
Think how bad the killing is when Emerge doctors jump up and down and can't stand the killing anymore and call Press conferences about it where they also inform us that 50% of clients should not be there, that they should be visiting their G P. But 20% of G Ps are filling out forms for illegal Gov't policy. Try running a business if a 20% debit is not acknowledged? Your business will fail. And yet nothing has changed, its worse, and the Wait – Time Alliance Report acknowledges this.
One last thing. There are only Two User Groups of the UHCS; the Public and the Government. In a Democracy the Public invented Politicians and the Public Service to manage our Public needs. So, why is it that the Public's demands are severely evaluated for Need, Value, Worth, and Good and yet the Government's demands are not evaluated with the same severe scrutiny? Think about that when you question Bond, the Deputy and Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, and the Premier. Ask Dobbs about her failure to fulfill these demands, you should know what she'll say in response, she'll say she doesn't make policy, but just implement it. There are others in the world that try and justify their perverted, deviant behaviour by saying the same thing. So, Dobbs and her husband's bias, hate, fear and loathing, contempt, disgust, prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry is acceptable because someone hired them to do what the employer wants; which is to cover up illegal gov't policy? So this means they're not held accountable for their actions? This is the game Bond is also playing, as she's known about this policy for years as her time in politics has seen her involved in finance, transportation, I believe part time Premier, and now Solicitor General; she is not a naïve bystander. This Prejudice, Bigotry, and Corruption is not acceptable.
CONCLUSION
Simons, as Adrian Dix is now leader of the NDP you better talk to him before you expose the corruption you've walked into. He knows this is going on and is afraid because of his diabetes and what this says about our gov't and Public Service. Jack Layton was also afraid, as he didn't expose this corruption and illegal demands upon the UHCS after I contacted him.
As for the Press, you had better do the same, as the Press is also afraid of this mess. The three Reviews list people, organizations, and some of the Press contacted, as well as other reporters and journalists who write about the UHCS and the Overcrowding that they have failed to explain. I explain it to them, they become fearful, and walk away.
As for me, this is Canada and Canada is worth standing up for. As is our Constitution, Human Rights, our Motor Vehicle Act, Oaths of Office, and our Universal Health Care System. I'm the one that's been attacked, so you really shouldn't be afraid, as you're only reporting what's happened to me, that I've been attacked for defending Canada.
The Future
Dobbs has attacked me, a type 2 diabetic driver, with stolen research, falsified documents, forged or counterfeited or falsified an Affidavit, broken the Trust of the Affidavit, corrupted Science through misleading, misinformation, and misrepresentation of Science, and her place as an “academic researcher”, bound by the rules of Science and Law.
She has also attacked and falsified documents against other disabled drivers. We know this, as the attack upon me was a conscious, well thought out plan of attack from the position of government employee, protected by the Premier's Office, the Attorney General's Office, the Solicitor General's Office, and senior Public Servants. This attack established who she really is and her deviant behaviour, someone corrupt who will not change, as she her behaviour is entrenched with the approval of those just mentioned. She's playing God, so why should she willingly stop? Her supporters have also put themselves beside God. They know they're killing and only God is allowed to kill, explained or not.

Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, Clarke, Hunt and unknown others involved in this have placed themselves beside “supremacy of God” and care nothing for the “rule of law”.
As Dobbs is still employed by gov't, this means her deviant, perverted behaviour has not changed, as her government's behaviour has not, as exemplified by Martin's attack upon me where he was not disciplined. There should be no doubt that she's attacked all disabled drivers without fulfilling the demands of the Charter, the HR Code, and the MVA. Only following her orders so to speak. But she's the one contriving the presentations and consciously deceiving all concerned; she not allowed to pass the buck or just fall into denial of her actions.
She has just attacked seniors. Again with no proof that fulfills the demands of Charter, the HR Code, and the MVA; just that you should believe in her and her husband.
Who is she going to attack next? You. Who are you really? Who are your kids or your parents?
What kind of magic box will her husband invent next to harm people?
They're not addicted to this, they have mental health issues that need acknowledging, but they still know the difference between Right and Wrong.
These monsters will never stop.

After the attack and assault and rape of my character by Martin, and the gov't buried this, didn't fire him, and as he escalated his perverted behavior to the physical and psychological attacks I began to fear for my life. You may think this is funny, or over to the top, or unwarranted, but it's very real. As the policy really is illegal and the consequences of this illegal policy are the Overcrowding and deaths and maiming, surgery wait times, loss of G Ps etc the realization of this is absolutely horrible and the people I've contacted are afraid to acknowledge this tragedy, as its not supposed to happen in Canada or anywhere. It's called Democide; large numbers of the Public killed by Government Policy, and this policy is illegal.
The working example of this very real fear is that Politicians, the Press, and the Public are afraid to get involved, as your bosses or managers will indirectly inform you when they refuse to support your inquiry into this. They will not investigate this and expose the corruption, as its too great. They'll turn their back on this and just hope they are not involved in an Overcrowded Emerge themselves.
This means you are afraid of this. You are the example of how deep the Fear runs.
What your managers fear I don't; I don't fear speaking up as I'm Right. I have the Constitution, Human Rights Code, MVA, and Oaths of Office defending me and all their mail and attack, assault, and rape of my character.
Secondly, one knows you have won an argument when the opposition attacks, assaults, and rapes your character and that's what Martin and his colleagues did.
However, I am afraid, as the whistle blower, so to speak. I love life. I'm afraid that one of these sociopaths or psychopaths really will run me over or do something nasty taking my life. How many have they killed in Emerge Facilities? How many died or maimed waiting for bona fide surgery while taxes are used for the illegal policy? And now they've started on Seniors and here I am again exposing them and their corruption.
To continue to do what they are doing proves they have severe mental health issues and some people with mental health issues are violent and Martin has just escalated his Hate, Prejudice, and Bigotry toward me with this personal physical and psychological attack though his position of senior public servant, where he lied that he was doing Government business, and he was not fired. This is a very real escalation of his and his colleagues deviant behaviour; it was done to Harm, to show me who's Boss.
Harm to me, as my license was cancelled indefinitely, as they're threatening to cancel senior's licenses, and no bona fide reason given that one can defend oneself from.
Harm to denigrate my psychological being by declaring I was an unfit person; same with seniors.
Harm by forcing me to stand in front of an Evaluation Board to prove I was not unfit. How does one prove they are not unfit when nothing has been given to prove you are unfit? This is another example of the corruption. How's a senior to prove they are not unfit when someone like Martin or Dobbs or her husband lies and states they are?
What I've given you is a working example of how twisted and sick these people are, and now they're starting on seniors.

This letter was sent out to the following as they do not know how corrupt the BC Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles is. They do not know the diabetic policy is illegal, never proved as needed, has not been proved to be able what it's alleged to be able to do, and never studied for Good nor has the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Martin, and the Deputy, Howie, acknowledged diabetics visit their doctors for care. Secondly, the people running this new policy, Bonnie Dobbs and her husband, need to be exposed. Bonnie Dobbs is the same Dobbs that presented stolen science, placed within an Affidavit, to justify the diabetic drivers' policy. I confronted Dobbs, Martin, and Howie and the science was withdrawn and that's why the policy is still illegal today. She presented the same science that I presented that proves there is no difference in driver mishaps between type 2 drivers and non - diabetic drivers.
So, she's a liar, thief, and criminal for breaking the Trust of an Affidavit and her she is, with her husband, attacking Seniors.

Well, you three were almost there. What I mean is that you almost understood what is happening. It's so bizarre you don't want to believe it, but I think you three taste something that is deeply wrong. And you're Right.
PART 1
Warning
I need to warn you right now that I don't think you'll be allowed to continue on no matter how you feel about this and your commitment to the Public, as a Politician and Reporters or Journalists, as the Press. Your managers have buried this because the Consequences of the diabetic driver's policy, therefore all driving Policy, are absolutely horrific.
Firstly, you need to know the diabetic driver's policy is illegal. That's right. I've been at this since 2002 because I have type 2 and drive and I have Rights under the Constitution, Human Rights Code, and the Motor Vehicle Act whose demands have not been fulfilled. You also know this about the new policy concerning some senior drivers.
Secondly, the Solicitor General's Office, the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, OSMV, and the Ministry of Health wrote a co – authored letter admitting they know the policy is illegal and harms. That's right. The doctor that wrote the letter and told the Truth disappeared soon after and reappeared as a senior administrator for the Mayor of Vancouver; saw her on TV during the Olympics. These are the same people you are dealing with.
Third, the Consequences; I believe you understand there are consequences of stress to seniors for this arbitrary assault upon their being, their psyche; it really is a psychological assault. However, I do not believe you know the extent of the consequences not only upon seniors but the Laws of our Country listed above, the Public and the Universal Health Care System, UHCS. Right now you are the naïve bystander but soon you will not be naïve, hopefully you're really are shocked and saying this is not happening in Canada. It is. And that is why you need to read my other letters sent to Government,the Press, and the world.
Lastly, I would like you to pass this onto the seniors that were interview, as they, as a group, may be able to do what you may not be allowed to do. It's terrible how this is buried and what has happened to me for exposing what you are at the brink of. How many people are Dobbs and her husband going to kill though stress? Gerontology is their field of study and they know what stress does to seniors. They know they'll kill people with this illegal policy. What's that make them?

My Credentials
I have type 2 diabetes, since 1999, and have been writing the OSMV, whom you are now involved with and writing about, since my initial Inquiry of 2002 – 2004. I've had three B C Human Rights Tribunal Discrimination Complaints concerning this. My inquiry and HRT complaints changed Gov't Policy concerning diabetic drivers, where you now pay for the Driver Medical Examinations, DME; our taxes, since 2006, and the gov't pretends they did this change through Good Will. They didn't. You do not need be to be benevolent to them; this is a charade they play to manipulate you. I have been trying to force gov't into obeying the laws of Canada and B C, which they continue to break, as you've come to understand with the seniors corruption. My complaints not only changed the fee payments for type 2 drivers and type 1s, but All drivers Classified as disabled. I was also reimbursed my DME fees in order that I go away. Why weren't others reimbursed their fees as the Gov't changed their fee payment? Because it may have cost $100 000 000 or more; this is why my HRT Representative Complaint was not accepted; its online. The OSMV states it monitors 100 medical conditions for the betterment of society. You now know this is a lie, as you've come to understand with the seniors; the OMVM have not proved a Need, that the test can do anything , or proved to offer any Good.
Your inquiry into the new seniors policy concerns the same illegal behaviour from the same corrupt staff in the S G's Office and the OSMV, coming from the SMV, Steve Martin and the Deputy SME, Lisa Howie. Both monsters, psychopaths and sociopaths, as they know the policies are illegal and have written they know the policy harms. And what did I see on TV the other night? Bonnie Dobbs. The corrupt “academic researcher” that was hired by Martin and Howie to justify the diabetic driver's policy. They failed in their lie due to the fact that Dobbs stole science and falsified an Affidavit and I called her on this and her Presentation was withdrawn and that's why the diabetic policy is still illegal today. Bonnie Dobbs, liar, thief, and criminal, has raised her ugly head again still trying to cover – up illegal gov't policy and its horrific consequences, and her husband is with her this time. Dobbs knows the OSMV harms society and she willingly participates.
Simons, you were right when you talked about Peer Review. You know something is wrong and it is.
Simons, Pope, and Tomlinson you have no idea of the corruption you are so close to and now involved in. On the left hand you have a little lady, a nice “academic researcher', a girl dressed in a dress and bow, non – confrontational, and oozing trustworthiness and on the right hand a liar, thief, and sociopath.
By the way, Dobbs has never studied or written about diabetes, type 1 or 2, or hypoglycemia, or anything concerning the impact of diabetic medication upon diabetics; this was according to her Cover Letter on her Presentation. She falsely used her position as new gov't employee and “academic researcher” to mislead, misinform, and misrepresent what she was doing, therefore what the gov't is doing. This is why she is more than a liar and thief, as she tried to cover up the horrific consequences with her station of “academic researcher” who by default must always acknowledged consequences of their actions and if harmful stop doing it. She's lied and stolen, hiding harm, and continues on as if nothing has happened. Just like she's doing with the Seniors. She studies seniors for as a profession, or is that really why she studies seniors? Dobbs has placed herself on a pedestal, projected herself forward as the greatest researcher concerning geriatrics, she knows her actions harm, may even kill, and she carries on as nothing has happened. These actions define sociopath and psychopath.
Remember this Simons, as you are a new Politician, but not a naïve bystander. Pope and Tomlinson you are both seasoned reporters or journalists, and by default not naïve bystanders. Now think about the Truth and Power of my questions concerning the illegal policy and its horrific consequences that an unknown person, me, changed Government Policy and the fee payment scheme, which now cost the gov't $100 000 000 a year or more. Think about the Attorney General's Supervising lawyer taking over all actions concerning my complaints and offered an out of court Crown Settlement Agreement after hiring Heenan Blaikie, the largest law firm in Canada to attack me and defend her and those corrupt Politicians and Public Servants and their illegal policy.
I'm no one special, just someone who believes in Canada and knows this policy is against the law and have written so. I have been lied to, been presented with falsified documents, stolen documents from Dobbs, a breached Affidavit from Dobbs, the S G's Office broke the Crown Settlement Agreement and contrived a charade and played it out through the A G's Supervising lawyer, Hunt, and Heenan Blaikie's lawyer, Iyer, to cover it up. I was asked to Review Policy Papers concerning the 'to be' Diabetic Policy, as there was no policy paper legalizing the diabetic drivers policy to begin with. I have recently been attacked and assaulted, and had my character raped by Steve Martin for challenging him again and exposing his illegal drivers' policies and their consequences to the Insurance Corporation of B C.
These people are in positions of Power and Trust, and yet you know something terrible is present. I offer more letters below which will explain what you are really involved in; the illegal policies and the horrific Consequences.
Simons, I've written Dix, when he was the NDP Health critic, as he's a type 1 diabetic, and was the Health Care critic. He's afraid to acknowledge this illegal policy and the horrific consequences. He's a coward for not standing up. He's so afraid he can not do anything. It's really sad. And yet, here you are.
I've recently written the A G Office critic, Krog, a lawyer, and he also has done nothing. Last night on the NEWS, Feb15, Krog was complaining about the loss of courts and judges. Why not corruption in the A G's and S G's Offices? Gov't needs to obey the laws, as you and I do.
Pope and Tomlinson, I've written the Press about this and everyone is afraid to acknowledge this illegal policy and its horrific consequences and yet here you are. It's Puzzling. Maybe there's changes afoot, I doubt it.
Maybe the illegal and corrupt behaviour of some Politicians and absolutely corrupt senior Public Servants is about to be confronted. I recently wrote the politically experienced, new Solicitor General, Bond, concerning the OSMV and Martin and his illegal policy and her return letter was just a lie. I wrote back and informed her so and stated she should resign and explained why. And here she is again defending illegal policy knowing the policy will endanger seniors. There is not doubt Bond is as corrupt as Dobbs, Martin, Howie, and unknown others and needs firing, as they have broken the law and their Oath of Office as exemplified with the diabetic policy and with this new anti – senior policy. They have not fulfilled the demands of the Charter, HR Code, and Motor Vehicle Act, which is not only Discrimination, but illegal, and senior abuse. Why should they have jobs? Why aren't they attacked and given tests as diabetics and senior are?
PART 3
First of all; again, my Credibility;
You should know I'm following the laws of Canada and B C and not making this up, as it seems to bizarre to be happening in Canada. We have the Right to know the demands of the Charter, Human Rights Code, Motor Vehicle Act, and the Right you and I have to know that Politicians and senior Public Servants are fulfilling their Oath's of Office, which is, do not kill, lie, steal, mislead, misrepresent, misinform, etc, are being fulfilled without you and me watching over their backs. This is what you seem to know is missing; the fulfillment of law and proven standards. There are laws these people have broken and they know it, Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, Dobbs' husband, the Attorney General, and the Premier know these driving policies are illegal and never proved to be able to what they allege it to be able to do, and offer Good and yet they continues on, knowing the horrific consequences.
On one hand, not only have they all broken the laws of Canada but they've all broken their Oath of Office and that's why Dobbs and Bond were so aggressive to you with the lies and the Triple Bs, BBBs. Not bbb, or bBb, or BbB, but BBB, real Bullshit Baffles Brains stuff. And yet you three knew something was wrong, as did the seniors you interviewed. Bond, Dobbs, Martin, and Howie are corrupt, chronic liars, and worse. And by the way, I have said this to them before and they do not respond. If I wrote this about you and it wasn't true what would you do? This non – action should inform you they cannot afford to have this in court. Why? Because all this will come out.
On the other hand they know you, the seniors, and myself do not have $1 000 000 a year for court costs, so they just lie and stonewall and the B C Human Rights Tribunal has been compromised, as proven as they would not cancel the diabetic policy knowing it is illegal and harms.
Secondly, I don't know if a senior's Discrimination complaint would be accepted, as I've had three B C HRT Discrimination Complaints concerning this very thing; unproven demands upon drivers and known horrific consequences upon the Public, the Universal Health Care System, and General Practitioners. The first Complaint is not written up by the HRT, as explained above, with the second not accepted for phoney reasons but really because it would cost millions of dollars, which would then drag the Press and Public into asking the “the why” of the reimbursements, and third we can only come to the conclusion that the B C HRT was threatened by Government to not allow a Hearing even though the HRT knew the policy is illegal and harms. (BC HRT, Decisions, Jenkins vs OSMV Dec 2008 and Feb 2009.)
Why did I continue to write and challenge these corrupt Politicians and senior Public Servants? I agreed to the out of court Crown Settlement Agreement, that the gov't proposed, as I want change and for these Politicians and Public Servants to obey the law, as you and I do. One needs to practice Approachability, Accommodation, and Compromise if we really are going to make the world a better place. Those mentioned above have not measured up but lied and falsified documents, continued to break the law, and knowingly harmed the Public and the UHCS. It all needed to be documented and it is.
Third, what you have seemed to have forgotten, as you are too nice, is that if the gov't wants to stick its ugly face into our lives it must fulfill the demands of Charter, Section 1, the demands of the Human Rights Code, Section 8, and the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, Sections 25, 29, and 92. This is real stuff. This is what makes us a Democracy. These three sections of the MVA are used by the OSMV, as bona fide proof, that it can make demands and medical demands of the Public and cancel licenses. You just believe they have fulfilled these demands and why shouldn't you?
However, they are lying about what they are doing, as they have not fulfilled 25 and 29. Additionally, it's misleading, as 92 is not an independent demand of itself. 92 is based upon the fulfillment of 29 and as the demands of 29 have not been fulfilled, 92 is not legally applicable. Gov't does not inform you of this on their documents; they consciously falsify legal documents to manipulate the Public, Police, and lawyers. The so called legal document “Notice of Prohibition” is a working example of this lie, as it the Driver's Medical Examination Form.
Also, Bond is lying about this as doctors do not have the legal right to force medical exams upon diabetics, seniors, or anyone. Bond, who supposedly manages the OSMV, purposely mislead you. Bond purposely transferred any accountability and responsibility to the doctors, where legally she must prove a Need and Good before any intervention and doctors are not allowed to Intervene unless the Intervention is a proven Need and there is no Harm. Bond must fulfill the demands of Canada and B C before doctors are forced to implement her Driver's Medical Examination. Bond knows the policy is illegal, as I wrote her about this policy and the OSMV and she lied to protect her position and the Public Service. Again, Martin and Howie also know all of this, therefore they know this new senior policy is illegal.
Yes, as hard as this is to believe, the OSMV has not fulfilled any of these demands, little lone the demands of the MVA. And this is for diabetes, which impacts 10% of society. So, what makes you think the OSMV and Bond have fulfilled the demands of the MVA for any of the other 100 medical conditions the OSMV supposedly manages , little lone this arbitrary demand upon seniors? Bond just lies that the demands upon the Public are legal, as you, the Press, Politicians, the Public, and Seniors just believe they would be legal. Why shouldn't you? These people have broken the Trust between not only people but between the Public and Government. You believe the demands are legal because you are nice people and believe others are obeying the law also. I used to believe, until I asked for the Science that justifies the policy and the studies that prove Good coming from the Policy. Lisa Howie and the Ministry of Health said they based the policy on their “view” of life. Their “view” of life doesn't fulfill the demands of the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office and they know they are causing the Emerge Overcrowding which caused an inordinate number of unexplained deaths and maiming. So, why should we believe anything they say and again this is why these people are psychopaths and sociopaths and need Mental Health care. Monsters all.
PART 4
SCALE
The 2009 HRT Decision proves the diabetic policy is illegal, which means the HRT has also turned their back on the known harmful consequences. Knowing these things about the Policy the HRT still gave the OSMV more time to legally justify a policy that is not needed. Again, as hard as this is to believe, the Scientific studies prove there is no problem with type 2 diabetic drivers; there is no difference in driver mishaps between type 2s and non – diabetic drivers. So why the Policy? Hate, Power, and Criminal behaviour by people like Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, and the new Premier. Why do they keep the policy knowing it's illegal and no science to justify it, and knowing the horrific consequences?
Think Scale; how many G Ps are needed to give 2 000 000 people or more Driver Medical Examinations? There's 430 000 diabetics in B C. How many more people when you acknowledge the other 100 medical conditions? Think about how many people are Classified, Labeled, and Tracked as disabled people in B C. I'm labeled as disabled, so is breast cancer, prostate, eyes and ear, nose and throat, kidney, mental health, etc. You list the 100 medical conditions and the percentage of society, as the OSMV has refused to give me the list and the cost, and ICBC does not list them either.
Dobbs
Again, what are you hinting at and feeling about concerning the seniors? About Dobbs and her husband? About Bond? You're not naïve, just in disbelief of what you think is going on. And that's ok, as it shouldn't be going on.
1. The OSMV has not fulfilled the demands of the laws mentioned above and they have acknowledged this and harm, but you just don't know it. Dobbs was hired to justify the policy but failed.
2. Time for my Credibility again and you'll really like this, as this exemplifies how Corrupt Dobbs is, you know there is something wrong with what Dobbs and her husband are doing, but not what, as its too horrific to imagine. This also exemplifies how corrupt Martin and Howie are, as they hired her to falsify documents to justify the policy against diabetics. This also exemplifies how corrupt Bond is, as she has not fired Dobbs knowing Dobbs falsified documents. And, Premier Clark also knows this and is covering it up. And now they've set Dobbs upon seniors.
In my 2009 HRT Discrimination complaint the gov't, through Dobbs and its lawyers, presented their legal Response to my Complaint. Their Response consisted of Scientific Research and other literature to justify the diabetic policy; Peer Reviewed Science, (Simons), scientific papers, books, NEWS articles, (Pope and Tomlinson), papers of some sort, articles of some sort, book pages of some sort, and just papers mentioning diabetes; done to justify the diabetic drivers' policy, the Drivers' Medical Examination, therefore seemingly legally justifying the horrific consequences. The Response was Professionally put together, delivered by lawyers and under the Legal stamp of Affidavit, which guarantees Trust, bona fide (ness), and Truth. However, All documents were stolen and the Trust of the Affidavit broken. That's right, they really did this, denied it, as did the HRT.
The policy should have been legalized since 1978 with the Canada Human Rights Act, or 1982, the year of our Constitution, or the 1996 Revision of the Motor Vehicle Act. As it's only based upon the “view” of some corrupt people this can be viewed as the phenomena of “Group Think”, group think of prejudice, discrimination, bigotry, and hate of people of difference. They support and defend each other in this perversion of life.
As their “view” of life does not include the Charter, the Human Rights Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office then why should we follow their “view” of life? These people are not Democrats. What are they? These Politicians and Public Servants are really nasty, corrupt, perverted, sick humans; they have deep mental health issues to continue doing what they are doing and what they have just done to you and the seniors; it's not only Illegal, Prejudicial, and Discriminatory, but it really is Senior Abuse.
Now you know the Science Presentation came from the very same “academic researcher” you mention, I couldn't believe what I was seeing on TV; evil incarnate, Dobbs and her BBB, lying and mislead again. Martin and Howie, and unknowns in gov't have presented Bonnie Dobbs on the pedestal again, done to manipulate you, seniors, and the public. Done to justify her husband's unproven computer toy through association of phoney greatness, not Facts, Truth, and Law.
They know she's a liar and thief and used her position as “academic researcher”, in others words, a scientist, to cover up what they are doing, running illegal policy that is directly responsible for Emerge Overcrowding and lack of taxes for bona fide surgery. Imagine the amount of money they paid her. And now her husband, the great inventor of some kind of game, that has not been peered reviewed, Simons acknowledgment, and proved to be able to do anything, is also making false statements concerning his work and presentations.
Dobbs' proven behaviour; she collected the material presented, then had a lawyer in Alberta, where she's from, stamp the Presentation with the stamp of “Affidavit” to consciously mislead me, therefore all readers, that the material was bona fide and she had legal permission to use. This means she had Permission from All the owners of the material she put forward, to use their Research, books, papers, NEWS articles, etc, etc for her Presentation to legally justify the illegal Social Policy of a Foreign Government and justify the known horrific consequences of the Policy. Dobbs did this behind the owners backs, without their knowledge. Slippery eh. What's she doing to seniors? What's her husband doing?
What do I mean by theft? I also knew there was something wrong with her presentation but it took awhile, as the crime was so nasty one doesn't believe a scientist would do such a thing or Gov't. Dobbs really did steal All or most of the work (some was so old I don't think it would be covered under Copyright and certainly not Intellectual Property Rights); she listed 185 pieces of material on diabetes plus 15 on thyroid. How do we know this was stolen? There should have been at least 10 000 pages of Copyright Permission forms, Intellectual Property Rights Permission forms, and Intent of Use Permission forms. There was nothing. Absolutely nothing. And this was, unknowingly to the owners, presented to justify a foreign country's social policy? CBC and Global, your material is Copyright, etc, protected, especially if Government wants to use it to legally justify an illegal policy that is known to harm the Public. Simons, as a politician, I don't know about your writing. Reporters, if you plagiarize someone, steal their work, you will loose you job, be fined, or go to jail. You know this as do your colleagues, editors, and owners. So, why didn't the Attorney General's Office charge Dobbs with crimes? Because they hired her to do the crime. How else do you explain the theft and cover up?
For your information I had thirty days to respond to this document under the structure of the HRT. It was presented by an “academic researcher”, the Supervising lawyer of the Attorney General's Office, the Solicitor General, the Office of the Superintendent and Deputy of Motor Vehicles, Heenan Blaikie's Human Rights lawyer, and the law firm in Alberta to the B C Human Rights Tribunal and me under the legal protection of an Affidavit. Powerful stuff, eh.
Reader, would you have accepted this as bona fide? Of course you would. It's something very real in presentation and for all sense and purpose passed all the standards of Law and Science in order to be presented to legally justify an illegal policy? And never forget Dobbs never mentioned the consequences of the policy. Why? Reader, if you just accepted the presentation would you be held accountable for your actions if something went wrong because you accepted this document to be used to justify the policy and consequences? Don't you have the responsibility to make sure documents are bona fide etc? Are lawyers really allowed to present stolen documents or stamp approval of Affidavit to a documents without studying the document for bona fide (ness)?
On the other hand, you were mislead by very powerful people, by the people that are freely given power to run our Democracy. You should believe it bona fide, as look who was presenting it. If you accepted the presentation from Dobbs it was because you let your guard down because of who presented it and within an Affidavit.
Dobbs was lying to you and contrived the lie to deceive and hide criminal behaviour. So, would you really be held responsible if someone charged with the death of their father or family member in an overcrowded Emerge that resulted from your acceptance of the so called science that was presented to justify the policy? Would the politicians? Would the senior Public Servants? They would all pass the buck. This is the kind of stuff the lawyers talked about, that they needed an answer to, just in case I dared challenge them about their theft and breach of Affidavit. Lawyers don't get involved in this kind of deception unless they have thought it through; by default that's what lawyers do.
The above scenario is what they have done for this illegal seniors policy. That's why they had such rosy, seemingly logical, unobtrusive responses to your questions, a charade done in order to manipulate the audience, the seniors and the Public. I believe that's what you found phoney about the policy and their responses.
I didn't accept the Response as I knew the policy was illegal, they wrote they knew it harmed the Public and the UHCS, they broke the Crown Settlement Agreement, played a charade to cover it up, and more. I knew they were liars, corrupt, and full of bias, hate, fear and loathing, disgust, contempt, prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry and their policy killed and maimed, as that's what they really meant with the harm they mentioned; they were causing the Overcrowding in Emerge and to those waiting for Surgery, as they were using 20 – 25% of General Practitioners to fulfill the demands of All the illegal disabled drivers' policies, All 100 of them.
I Deconstructed Dobbs' presentation for what it was; a Cover Letter of twenty (20) pages, which means she's an ego maniac, someone in love with herself, pompous, vain, and full of herself; someone screaming look at me, look at me, look what I've done. The so called Scientific presentation is not about herself, but the task at hand. She wrote as many pages concerning herself as pages of stolen material. This in itself exemplifies that there is something desperately wrong with the presentation and presenter. I just knew the BBBs were present with these self given accolades and laurels. However, vanity, self love, and the BBBs are not good enough to Fail the presentation.
Cover letters are important to read. There were so many pages one is tempted not to read and just accept Dobbs as the bona fide “academic researcher” and beyond investigation. Bona fide Science does not hide behind that charade. As her employers are liars and criminals, this knowledge makes one question and evaluate her credentials and what she is really doing. I discovered Dobbs had never studied diabetes or written anything concerning diabetes and hypoglycemia, the very reason for the DME in the first place. So, what credibility does she have? She listed so many studies that I came to understand she must have listed something even if it was just a letter mentioning diabetes, seniors, or geriatrics, and the word diabetes. It really was sad that she is this insecure, vain, and corrupt. This informs you who she really is. A nasty bit of business consciously deceiving people about who she is and what she's really doing.
The presentation was full of lies, misinformation, misleading information, senseless information, pointless, redundant, misrepresentation of information, and stolen material. It defined corruption of Science and social standards.
Dobbs also failed to acknowledge the consequences of her actions which is against the Law and Science.
As she's an “academic researcher” I Failed her paper, as she broke the Trust by stealing Science. I Failed it not only because it was stolen material, but she did not prove anything and she refused to acknowledge the consequences of Government intervention, her intervention. She was just making noise and groveling for Power and Prestige and a full – time job with the Government and their pension; a huge contract for the remaining of her career. And now we add her husband to that corruption.
Her presentation should have fulfilled the process I call the “Five Steps of Engagement”, it's explained more fully in the Three Reviews, and we all do this if we're successful or want to be and it doesn't matter what you're doing.
One; Is your demand a bona fide Need? This Intervention has never been proved as needed. Two; it's never been proved it can do anything, Three; are the consequences of the Intervention or test upon the subjects acknowledged; how harmful are they? Four; has Good been proven? Five; what do diabetics or seniors do already to justify their privilege to drive? Is this really acknowledged? Does this Intervention equal or more than equal the government's demand or new demand?
As a diabetic I visit the G P every three months for diabetic care and this is never acknowledged by Dobbs, Martin, Howie, or the Solicitor General. Why do they deny this fact? They can't acknowledge this fact, as then they couldn't Classify, Register, Force me to undergo a phoney medical exam, and Track me for the rest of my life. They couldn't hurt me if they acknowledge the disabled care for themselves, which means that I'm not only caring for myself, personal care, but caring for others, societal care. If they acknowledge this bona fide health care they couldn't hurt people anymore by denigrating their character, their being, by stating the gov't needs to monitor the disabled because they're a liability and harmful to society. Such a harm that the gov't does not even need to fulfill the demands of the Charter, HR Code, Motor Vehicle Act, and their Oath of Office. Reader, I believe this is what you know is wrong, just not defined for you.
Now you know it's the gov't that's the liability and harms, not the disabled or seniors. If they acknowledged my health care to you, the Press, and other Politicians, that my health care is proactive and actually is a bona fide demand upon the UHCS, then you would demand; “Why is the gov't is making this excessive and worthless demand upon the UHCS?”
What has Dobbs not done that she should have been the so called world class “academic researcher”? Not proved a bona fide Need; prove the Intervention can positively impact that need, to do what its alleged to be able to do; she is forced, by Science Protocol, to mention the Consequences of that Intervention, not done; Prove Good, not done; and address whether if or not the client or subject is involved in Intervention themselves, not done. None of this was attended to. None of the world standards of Science were attended to, which Dobbs pretends she's follows. The pedestal of super scientist that Dobbs, Martin, Howie, and Politicians have placed Dobbs upon is just BBB. She doesn't live the dream. She's a monster. With one hand she says she's the trusted worthwhile scientist and All should believe her and with the other hand, out of sight, she's a monster stealing science, breaking its world standards, using stolen science to cover up harm, and with lust continues on with that harm by attacking seniors.
Dobbs was abusing her position of academic researcher, someone “published”, and someone in the social and scientific position of Trust in order to bamboozle the reader with her “position”, rather that facts, truth, and bona fide research that others can review for credibility and harm; the BBBs were really evident and they were thick.
We are not allowed to continue our behaviour if we know we are Harming others. Why didn't Dobbs mention the harm the gov't had admitted to? Dobbs broke world standards of Science when she stole “peer reviewed” science, non – peer reviewed research, and just Science. She has no credibility. She consciously broke the standards, using her so called Place and Prestige as an “academic researcher”. She consciously broke the Trust by doing so. As an employee of Government she also broke that Trust that comes with that position and her Oath of Office.
Dobbs needs to be exposed for what she really is, what she has done, and what she is doing now. She is more problematic than the doctor mentioned by Tomlinson. She really is corrupt, not just in an awkward position, as the doctor seems to be. Does the doctor know about Dobbs and the illegality of the policies? Has he just believed the Gov't and Dobbs that the policy is needed, legal, and offers Good?
Dobbs' Presentation was withdrawn after my Response to her; my deconstruction of her lies made these corrupt people back off but somehow the HRT was compromised or threatened. The HRT Decision does not acknowledge this theft. Why? Again, this is why the diabetic policy is still illegal today. If I had not stood up to this corruption you would read that the Diabetic Policy was legalized by that 2009 HRT Decision. You don't read that. This is why the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Steve Martin, just attacked, assaulted, and raped my character for exposing this illegal policy and the corruption to ICBC when Martin cancelled my license after I would not accept his change of my diagnosed type of diabetes, from type 2 to type 1. ICBC is still in denial that the policy is illegal and the Forms they use to cancel licenses are illegal, as Martin falsified documents to make these documents seem legal; the Notice of Prohibition. This attack and assault went on for three months until I sent a letter explaining, in depth, the corruption surrounding this policy, exposing Dobbs, Martin, the OSMV, the new Solicitor General, Bond, and the new Premier, as she also knows the policy is illegal. Clark passed the buck also, gave it to Bond, who has lied about what is going on with the policy. And here they are again, running another illegal policy and lying about it also, and using their corrupt “academic researcher” and now her husband to falsely justify their behaviour. We know what Dobbs did so why should be believe anything her husband puts forward? Both are after or have long term contracts with corrupt gov't and they do it for what? Done for Money, Vanity, Power, Prestige, the Criminality, as they believe they're better than the disabled, seniors, and most other people, above the Charter, Human Rights, the MVA? And above God, as they know this policy kills and maims?
3. Again, the DME is now paid for by your taxes because of my first Discrimination complaint, #1954. That Crown Settlement Agreement was actually broken by the OSMV in 2006 and not renewed when I asked for an amendment or new Crown Agreement; the Attorney General at that time told to get a lawyer if I didn't like what was going on. What this means is that these people are running policy against the Crown's demands and its Objectives. They consciously broke their own Crown Settlement Agreement that they contrived so the HRT complaint would not be heard. This means their actions are Treasonable as they are running gov't in opposition to the Crown's demands. Interesting isn't it. This is what they really are doing. The corruption doesn't stop once commenced and exposed, it only worsens, because it has been proved nothing happens to them for doing so. These people really are Traitors, as their behaviour harms society, as they admitted their illegal policy harms our “democratic society”; not only physically but voids our Charter, our Guaranteed Rights and Freedoms. They've invalidated our Constitution. Traitors all.
4. Simons, you mention the “BC 2010 Guide in Determining Fitness to Drive”. I have not been given a copy and I was promised one, as the 2009 HRT Decision said I must wait for it, read it, and if I believed the OSMV had not justified the diabetic policy I could lodge another Discrimination complaint. I don't know if it's been published. If it has I know why I didn't get a copy.
Additionally, from my first Discrimination complaint; I was asked to Review a Draft of the Policy To Be, which I did, then I Reviewed a Policy Paper, then another Draft, which meant the Policy Paper had been cancelled. Those that contrived these Papers did not justified the Need with Science, prove the Intervention can do what it's alleged to be able to do, prove any Good, or that I visit the G P. Why? They were just formal looking BBB and I told them so. I agreed to Review these Papers as my Inquiry and Discrimination complaints are done to make the world a better place and if one doesn't want to Review then what are you really doing? In fact, the Reviews were stonewalling but one needs to continue with the contact or nothing is accomplished, nothing is recorded to exemplify the wrong doing of Politicians and these Public Servants. One just needs to understand these people are corrupt and some have severe mental health issues and continue on, as the interaction records their deviant behaviour. The Reviews were late 2006 – early 2007.
Secondly, there's something about knowing the Reviews were just stonewalling, as this allows the opposition or Government to continue their perverse, abnormal behavior, which allows for documentation of the Escalation of their deviant behaviour. Today, you can see how perverted and twisted they really are; attacking seniors where even ICBC's data proves there is Not a “driving mishaps” problem. The problem is the Bias, Hate, Ignorance, Prejudice and Bigotry of some Politicians and senior Public Servants. These people really are sociopaths and psychopaths, as they know they're killing and maiming people and yet they continue on. Maybe this is what you realized about these people. Something changed or impacted you to stand up and do your reports.
Question; How's Dobbs going to justify the Policy with bona fide, peer reviewed Science, as she was caught stealing Science from the most prestigious researchers in the world and I informed them of what she did. They had the Right to know someone had stolen their research and used it to make social policy, where some of the research specifically stated this research is not to be used for social policy or any use. Dobbs knew this about some research. And Dobbs is still employed by the B C Government. Of course, as she's as corrupt as them.
I also informed the “National Research Council of Canada” and the “National Academy of Sciences”, the American equivalent, about Dobbs' theft and use and asked them to Black List Dobbs for what she did and attempted to do; stealing Science to justify a foreign government's Social Policy, where Dobbs and Government know the Science is protected and that the policy harms Society. This is what Fascist and Nazis states do to people they do not like. The “democratic society” of Canada has rules so that corrupt Politicians and senior Public Servants do to do this to the Public. So, why is this happening? (From Section 1of the Charter.)
And here she is again, four years later, with her husband, attacking seniors. It begs the questions; “Did Bonnie Dobbs get permission to use the Science she has used to supposedly justify more Government Policy?” and “Has Dobbs acknowledged the harm of the policy's intervention?” and “Did her husband get permission to use the Science he has used to justify the supposed bona fide (ness) of his toy?” and “Do these two acknowledge how many doctors will be taken out of service to fulfill the demands of the DME?” and “Have these two proved there is Good coming from their policy?” By law, Good must come from any intervention. This is no different than doctor intervention, there must be Good.
Dobbs, Seniors, and her husband
Dobbs is an “academic researcher” researching seniors. She studies seniors; gerontology. She presents herself as the researcher of researchers concerning seniors. You are supposed to just believe and not Question. Hold it. Hold it. Science is about Questions and everyone has the Right to Deconstruct her work and her presentations. If you are not allowed to, then what is her work about and what kind of Quality, Value, Worth, and Good is it? Does it stand up to standards?
Now you know what Dobbs is really like; “Why does she study seniors?”
By default, because gov't and Dobbs presents herself as, The Expert, she knows what she's doing to seniors with this illegal policy and its consequences, as that's what she studies, as she so vividly and profusely informs us in her Cover Letter. She studies seniors and the Interventions into their lives and the Consequences of those Interventions. Not only cancers or medical conditions but Social and Emotional conditions, those Negatives that come from selling and moving, moving to apartments, to primary care and secondary care, to supported care, to full care, and last stages.
She studies seniors and their loss of ones car or auto; the mobility loss and the social status loss. The emotional loss associated with the loss of the car, as the car is 'a' or 'the' social status icon of many people. This social status is very important to this generation of seniors, as they constructed and lived WITHIN the new culture of automobiles; the First Generation to experience this physical and social phenomena; the movement from horses to cars. This is who these seniors really are; they were born in the 1920s and 1930s.
This unknown intervention for seniors is a new test to them, something not even Proved as Needed. It's been stated by gov't that it's like a game, a computer game, but it's really a test for seniors, something out of place for them, something unknown, therefore fearful; I don't like tests and I don't play computer games. It's not just a game, that's a lie from Dobbs and her husband and the Solicitor General, Bond, and all others supporting it. It really is a Test, an unproven test concerning the senior's cognitive skills and abilities and physical being. This is a test concerning their psychological being. This is a psychological attack no different than when Martin attacked me, in an effort to denigrate my character, worth, and dignity. And he's still the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. He's the one that has severe mental health illness not seniors. Martin, Dobbs and her husband, and their supporters are the dysfunctional people here, not seniors.
Secondly, there's the threat of loosing their license for no proven reason. Seniors, just as all non – seniors, rely upon the wonderful freedom from the access to driving their own car, not hindered by bus schedules, senior bus travel business', etc etc, to manage their lives; food, banking, companionship, entertainment, etc. This is a very stressful negative.
Dobbs knows all this. Dobbs studies this. She knows she's stressing seniors and she knows the consequences of stress, the unknown, and fear and the absolute fear of the arbitrary demands upon one's self and coming from some unexplained process and people that are never held accountable for their actions such as Howie and Martin; senior Public Servants. Dobbs absolutely knows what she's doing to seniors. She absolutely knows what her husband is doing and the Consequences of his actions and what her support for his actions does. She protects his Interventions and Consequences for what? What does Dobbs get out of this, as she knows this is all illegal and harms?
Dobbs supports and covers up his insatiable lust for Power, Prestige, and Money. Husband and wife look the same in a mirror; the insatiable desires of Greed, Lust, Vanity, Pride, Power, Prestige, and Money. He makes money on this charade and she makes money by acting out another charade to defend him and they are paid huge sums for their arrogance, lies, and corruption. She also gets paid for her work, through the OSMV trying to justify the Disabled Drivers' Policies and cover up the harm, just as she's doing for her husband and his BBB unproven computer test. (Charades are played by these people to deceive and misinform you, as played out by gov't when they broke the Crown Settlement Agreement and played the charade to cover it up, the charade of Reviewing Drafts is another bona fide example of deception.)
“How many seniors are going to die over this?”, and “For what?”, and “Where is the Good?”
Dobbs knows the medical conditions that express with stressful conditions such as this, as she studies stress and the unknown and acknowledges the consequences in her studies.
How many are going to die from her husband's illegal policy? From Martin, Howie, and Bond's illegal policy?
Dobbs has again turned her back on the “academic researcher's” legal, moral, or ethical standards of what she demands of society to give her and what she plays out. The same can be said for her husband.
They do this for money. They do this for Power, Prestige, and what? What kind of twisted glory are they after? Do you know what really drives these people? It's really bias, hate, prejudice, contempt, disgust, fear and loathing, discrimination and bigotry of not only seniors but of people they do not consider worthwhile, such as the disabled. Seniors do not need people like Dobbs taking care of them; liars and thieves and people that care nothing for Human Rights and Canadian Law. Nor do non – seniors need people like this mismanaging seniors, mismanaging their parents, and grandparents.
This is more than Senior Abuse, its an attack upon some very needy, trustworthy, older people.
PART 4
Once Politicians and senior Public Servants steal and falsify documents, as happened to me over the years, therefore you, done to mislead, misinform, fulfill the deviant desires and are not taken to task for this deviant illegal behaviour, and are still employed by Government, there is no need to believe Dobbs has changed her ways. By not firing Dobbs the Government has Reinforced her perverted, deviant behaviour as acceptable. Of course, she's just like them, that's why they hired her in the first place and they haven't been fired either. They really are a gang of sociopaths and psychopaths.
The Solicitor General's Office has had eight or ten S G in as many years, the Office is absolutely corrupt. They must have guaranteed Dobbs protection also, as Dobbs absolutely knew she was breaking the Rules of Science and Law. She must get paid a huge renumeration and maybe a bonus for danger pay.
Remember, not one Politician or senior Public Servant like the SMV, Steve Martin or the Deputy SMV, Howie, were fired for this theft and lies; at a minimum they should have been charged with a breach of Oath of Office, which is immediate dismissal and jail time. Why haven't they been fired and charged? They're all protecting each other, just like in a gang. After what Simons has done do you think they'll try and recruit him?
There is more to this and I've presented it in my three Reviews; the second Review instigated Martin's attack and assault. The third Review was a review of his behavior and saw my license returned. My Deconstruction of Dobbs presentation saw the presentation withdrawn and should be read as it will help expose the BBB from Dobbs and her husband. My “Updated Consequences” needs reading also, as it explains the how Grand the consequences of this policy really are.
And the sad thing is the Government and Public Servants know they are causing the Emerge Overcrowding, etc. It really is more than nasty. Again, because people do not want to acknowledged the Scale; approximately 20%, or more, of General Practitioners are used to fulfill the Driver Medical Examinations. Simons, Pope, and Tomlinson, you need to think in “Scale”, Grand Scale. How many people have diseases that are monitored; diabetes is 10% of society, mental health is 20%, breast cancer 7%, prostate 9% and osteoporosis is 20% of women. Maybe 75% of society have diseases or illness and we're a driving society? All forced to undergo a medical exam and not legally justified and their bona fide care is not acknowledged if the client is visiting a G P, such as I do. That act of denial really is insane. The Solicitor General's Office makes the greatest demand upon our UHCS, more than any other Ministry or Department of Government or private entity. You three really have walked into something nasty. You really need to think Scale.
Think how bad the killing is when Emerge doctors jump up and down and can't stand the killing anymore and call Press conferences about it where they also inform us that 50% of clients should not be there, that they should be visiting their G P. But 20% of G Ps are filling out forms for illegal Gov't policy. Try running a business if a 20% debit is not acknowledged? Your business will fail. And yet nothing has changed, its worse, and the Wait – Time Alliance Report acknowledges this.
One last thing. There are only Two User Groups of the UHCS; the Public and the Government. In a Democracy the Public invented Politicians and the Public Service to manage our Public needs. So, why is it that the Public's demands are severely evaluated for Need, Value, Worth, and Good and yet the Government's demands are not evaluated with the same severe scrutiny? Think about that when you question Bond, the Deputy and Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, and the Premier. Ask Dobbs about her failure to fulfill these demands, you should know what she'll say in response, she'll say she doesn't make policy, but just implement it. There are others in the world that try and justify their perverted, deviant behaviour by saying the same thing. So, Dobbs and her husband's bias, hate, fear and loathing, contempt, disgust, prejudice, discrimination, and bigotry is acceptable because someone hired them to do what the employer wants; which is to cover up illegal gov't policy? So this means they're not held accountable for their actions? This is the game Bond is also playing, as she's known about this policy for years as her time in politics has seen her involved in finance, transportation, I believe part time Premier, and now Solicitor General; she is not a naïve bystander. This Prejudice, Bigotry, and Corruption is not acceptable.
CONCLUSION
Simons, as Adrian Dix is now leader of the NDP you better talk to him before you expose the corruption you've walked into. He knows this is going on and is afraid because of his diabetes and what this says about our gov't and Public Service. Jack Layton was also afraid, as he didn't expose this corruption and illegal demands upon the UHCS after I contacted him.
As for the Press, you had better do the same, as the Press is also afraid of this mess. The three Reviews list people, organizations, and some of the Press contacted, as well as other reporters and journalists who write about the UHCS and the Overcrowding that they have failed to explain. I explain it to them, they become fearful, and walk away.
As for me, this is Canada and Canada is worth standing up for. As is our Constitution, Human Rights, our Motor Vehicle Act, Oaths of Office, and our Universal Health Care System. I'm the one that's been attacked, so you really shouldn't be afraid, as you're only reporting what's happened to me, that I've been attacked for defending Canada.
The Future
Dobbs has attacked me, a type 2 diabetic driver, with stolen research, falsified documents, forged or counterfeited or falsified an Affidavit, broken the Trust of the Affidavit, corrupted Science through misleading, misinformation, and misrepresentation of Science, and her place as an “academic researcher”, bound by the rules of Science and Law.
She has also attacked and falsified documents against other disabled drivers. We know this, as the attack upon me was a conscious, well thought out plan of attack from the position of government employee, protected by the Premier's Office, the Attorney General's Office, the Solicitor General's Office, and senior Public Servants. This attack established who she really is and her deviant behaviour, someone corrupt who will not change, as she her behaviour is entrenched with the approval of those just mentioned. She's playing God, so why should she willingly stop? Her supporters have also put themselves beside God. They know they're killing and only God is allowed to kill, explained or not.

Dobbs, Martin, Howie, Bond, Clarke, Hunt and unknown others involved in this have placed themselves beside “supremacy of God” and care nothing for the “rule of law”.
As Dobbs is still employed by gov't, this means her deviant, perverted behaviour has not changed, as her government's behaviour has not, as exemplified by Martin's attack upon me where he was not disciplined. There should be no doubt that she's attacked all disabled drivers without fulfilling the demands of the Charter, the HR Code, and the MVA. Only following her orders so to speak. But she's the one contriving the presentations and consciously deceiving all concerned; she not allowed to pass the buck or just fall into denial of her actions.
She has just attacked seniors. Again with no proof that fulfills the demands of Charter, the HR Code, and the MVA; just that you should believe in her and her husband.
Who is she going to attack next? You. Who are you really? Who are your kids or your parents?
What kind of magic box will her husband invent next to harm people?
They're not addicted to this, they have mental health issues that need acknowledging, but they still know the difference between Right and Wrong.
These monsters will never stop.

Again, I couldn't find an email address for you, therefore the drop down boxes.
After the attack and assault and rape of my character by Martin, and the gov't buried this, didn't fire him, and as he escalated his perverted behavior to the physical and psychological attacks I began to fear for my life. You may think this is funny, or over to the top, or unwarranted, but it's very real. As the policy really is illegal and the consequences of this illegal policy are the Overcrowding and deaths and maiming, surgery wait times, loss of G Ps etc the realization of this is absolutely horrible and the people I've contacted are afraid to acknowledge this tragedy, as its not supposed to happen in Canada or anywhere. It's called Democide; large numbers of the Public killed by Government Policy, and this policy is illegal.
The working example of this very real fear is that Politicians, the Press, and the Public are afraid to get involved, as your bosses or managers will indirectly inform you when they refuse to support your inquiry into this. They will not investigate this and expose the corruption, as its too great. They'll turn their back on this and just hope they are not involved in an Overcrowded Emerge themselves.
This means you are afraid of this. You are the example of how deep the Fear runs.
What your managers fear I don't; I don't fear speaking up as I'm Right. I have the Constitution, Human Rights Code, MVA, and Oaths of Office defending me and all their mail and attack, assault, and rape of my character.
Secondly, one knows you have won an argument when the opposition attacks, assaults, and rapes your character and that's what Martin and his colleagues did.
However, I am afraid, as the whistle blower, so to speak. I love life. I'm afraid that one of these sociopaths or psychopaths really will run me over or do something nasty taking my life. How many have they killed in Emerge Facilities? How many died or maimed waiting for bona fide surgery while taxes are used for the illegal policy? And now they've started on Seniors and here I am again exposing them and their corruption.
To continue to do what they are doing proves they have severe mental health issues and some people with mental health issues are violent and Martin has just escalated his Hate, Prejudice, and Bigotry toward me with this personal physical and psychological attack though his position of senior public servant, where he lied that he was doing Government business, and he was not fired. This is a very real escalation of his and his colleagues deviant behaviour; it was done to Harm, to show me who's Boss.
Harm to me, as my license was cancelled indefinitely, as they're threatening to cancel senior's licenses, and no bona fide reason given that one can defend oneself from.
Harm to denigrate my psychological being by declaring I was an unfit person; same with seniors.
Harm by forcing me to stand in front of an Evaluation Board to prove I was not unfit. How does one prove they are not unfit when nothing has been given to prove you are unfit? This is another example of the corruption. How's a senior to prove they are not unfit when someone like Martin or Dobbs or her husband lies and states they are?
What I've given you is a working example of how twisted and sick these people are, and now they're starting on seniors.
