1. Point one, this is the Second communication to you concerning Bonnie Dobbs and Solicitor General Bond and the phoney or illegal driving demand upon Seniors, and the very real conflict of interest between Dobbs and her husband, who states he's invented a computer toy that can assess senior's cognitive abilities and skills needed for driving. (not proven)
2. Second point, the corruption I've found myself within and have been exposing, concerning Politicians and senior Public Servants and their illegal demands impacting the Universal Health Care System therefore General Practitioners and Surgeons, and Emerge, the debit upon these doctors and our taxes dollars to implement these illegal policies will negatively impact Kim Carter's Report on Seniors, as she knows nothing of this and why should she; she not running illegal policy, shuffling tax dollars to pay for it, hiding the killing and maiming of the policy, and hiding gov't corruption. As the gov't runs illegal policy, such as the diabetic drivers' policy, which impacts 10% of society, which has horrific consequences on the Public and UHCS, therefore the millions of tax dollars used for a illegal policy means the funding is also an illegal act. Considering this corruption and illegal use of our taxes where will G Ps and funding be found for seniors and their bona fide needs?
Additionally, the illegal driving policy's demands upon the UHCS are Grand to say the least, think G Ps, as they are forced to give the Driver's Medical Examinations, which takes approximately 20% of G Ps out of service, don't forget the OSMV says it monitors 100 medical conditions, that's how many G Ps are needed to give these DME. You need to think
Scale. This illegal demand causes the Overcrowding in Emerge, which in turn impacts seniors, as I didn't wait 5 – 7 days to take my dad to a G P, we went to Emerge and we took our mother, as she was not going to wait at home while her husband of fifty years died in an Overcrowded Emerge with his wife at home. Will you and your parents do the same thing?
This begs the questions of the Press and Politicians, “Why are your managers so afraid of what I have found myself within?” and “Is it because what I write about, especially in my “Updated Consequences”, is worse than I understand?” (Go to 2diabetes.blogspot.com for my letters about this illegal policy that your managers pretend are not there.)

Dobbs and her husband
Reader, have you thought about what these two are really doing? I mean Dobbs and her husband. I have experienced the lies, theft, and corruption of Bonnie Dobbs but know nothing of her husband except Simons, MLA, stated his work had not been Peer Reviewed and that means everything in Science and the non – Science world. What this statement really means is that this demand upon Humans has not passed any process and protocol that's needed if something is to be done to Humans.
Secondly, this means that Dobbs' husband's computer toy has not been reviewed by real scientists and real science standards that prove his statements concerning his toy really can do what he states it can do.
Third, as Dobbs' husband is using this toy upon Humans he guarantees NO HARM will come to the future subjects, as he has proved that no harm has come to his previous subjects. Where is the Science and Proof?
Dobbs and her husband pass themselves off as Scientists, therefore regulated by Scientific Rules; World Rules and Standards. Regulated by Human Rights Rules. Regulated by rules of Humanity to not use Humans for Scientific Experiments and if done the subjects need to be informed of what is happening, the Scientific Community be informed, the process, or Procedure, of contact be written down and evaluated before engagement or implementation, and a Code of Ethics be written concerning the experiment, or engagement, or implementation and adhered to. Why didn't Dobbs , her husband , and Bond acknowledge this? They consciously mislead everyone involved. No different from what they had done concerning the diabetic policy and all of the other 100 medical conditions they supposedly legally monitor.
Dobbs and her husband are Regulated by rules, which they refuse to acknowledge and why should they? Dobbs, Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Howie, the Deputy Superintendent, and Bond have already broken these rules and demands, plus the demands of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Human Rights Code, the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, and Oaths of Office. Why should they change now, as they're playing God and everyone I've contacted are afraid of them. They think it acceptable to kill and maim, as they've put themselves above the rules of not only Canada, but Humanity.
“The Five Steps of Engagement” (from my previous letter to you and other letters concerning this):
Firstly, is there a real Need or is it just based upon Dobbs' husband's “view” of life, as his wife, Martin, Howie, and Bond base the diabetic policy upon?
Secondly, can the Intervention, his toy, really do what it's alleged to be able to do? No proof has been offered.
Third, what are the Consequences, this means that if the product is used on Humans, the Humans have given consent to his experiment and the Consequences of that interaction do not Harm.
Four, is there Good? I did not read or hear Dobbs' husband stated there is any proven Good.
Five, what other products has Dobbs' husband run and proven to be bona fide and offer Good? What's his record? Is it like his wife's? She claims things about diabetes and demands the diabetic policy continue and yet she's never studied or written about diabetes, or proven a bona fide need for the policy, she did not acknowledge the Intervention can do what it's alleged to be able to do, she does not acknowledge the Consequences, or prove the policy offers any Good, or what diabetics already do for diabetic health; I visit the G P 20 times for the 1 time demanded by the gov't. With this knowledge why should we believe anything Dobbs states about her husband and his toy, as her support for the diabetic policy is based upon stolen research and lack of fulfillment of standard rules of engagement and our Charter, HR Code, and the MVA? Why should we believe her husband's claims, as he has not been evaluated by bona fide Scientists for anything.
His Oath of Office demands he not kill, harm, lie, steal, mislead, misinform, misrepresent, etc etc. How many of these items has he breached?

What we have is the corruption of our “democratic society” by a few severely demented people and hundreds of people in denial and that's why it's got to where we are now: (the following has been copied from a previous letter to Gov't, Press, RCMP, other police, and persons of interest such as yourselves, working to make the Universal Health Care System work better or survive, working for the disabled, doctors, the Public, and now Seniors, who may be diabetic or certainly have one or more of the 100 medical conditions the OSMV states it monitors for the betterment of society.) “The Social – Psychological Experiments; Milgram Experiment, Jane Elliott's diversity training, and the Stanford Prison Experiment.”
“Reader, another realization that I've come to understand is that this illegal policy is exactly like the following Social – Psychological Experiments and training exercise listed below, except this is real life, not a controlled experiment or diversity training lesson, where the owners of the experiment and lesson are bound by a Code of Ethics and all subjects involved know they are in an experiment, where they can “Stop” if wanted. More importantly the researchers can also stop these experiments when their Code of Ethics seems challenged or if they do not like where the experiments have taken them, they can “Stop”.
The experiments were designed to explore Human behaviour in situations where harm is involved, where Obedience, Prejudice and Bigotry, and Abuse are present, and willingly engaged in, but under supervision and control. The problem realized was how willingly the participants were, knowing the harm, where the accountability was transferred to those running the experiment.
One the other hand, we have Politicians and senior Public Servants forcing their perverted “view” of life upon the subjects; the diabetic, disabled, General Practitioners, Surgeons, the UHCS, and the Public in General, as the illegal policy is not legal and with intent, by those running this policy, compromises the Constitution, HR Code, the MVA, and the Trust between the Gov't and Public, as those running this policy have broken their Oath of Office also.
The Instigators or Owners of this policy are not researchers or a teacher, who are bound by Codes of Ethics, and responded to those demands. Although the Politicians and senior Public Servants have sworn an Oath of Office and are bound by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the B C Human Rights Code, the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, their Oath of Office and the Social Contract of Trust established in our “democratic society” where they have not responded to these demands before implementing their policy or after they knew it was maiming and killing those involved. They even refused to stop their actions after I have said “Stop” and “No”. For my endeavors, just like in the Zimbardo experiment I was attacked, assaulted, and a psychological attack was then implemented to show me who was the Boss Man. Just like a real prisoner under attack I told Steve Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, the instigator of the illegal policy and the attack, assault, and the psychological rape of me, that I would not kiss his ass for him to stop doing what he's doing.
Milgram, 1961, on obedience to authority figures, “measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts that conflicted with their personal conscience.” (wikipedia, milgram experiment)
Elliott, 1968, Blue eye/Brown eye Exercise, this exercise “exposes prejudice and bigotry for what it is, an irrational class system based upon arbitrary factors. Elliot's teaching “exercise labels participants as inferior or superior based solely upon the color of their eyes and exposes them to the experience of being a minority.” (www. Janeelliot.com)
Zimbardo, 1971, Stanford Prison experiment, volunteer students role playing as Prison Guards and Prisoners, “...the participants adapted to their roles well beyond what even Zimbardo himself expected, leading the “Officers” to display authoritarian measures and ultimately to subject some of the prisoners to torture. In turn, many of the prisoners developed passive attitudes and accepted physical abuse, and, at the request of the guards, readily inflicted punishment on other prisoners who attempted to stop it. The experiment even affected Zimbardo himself, who in his capacity as “Prison Superintendent,” lost sight of his role as psychologist and permitted the abuse to continue as though it were a real prison. Five of the prisoners were upset enough by the process to quit the experiment early, and the entire experiment was abruptly stopped after only six days”. (Wikipedia)
Lastly, what were the American troops caught doing with Iraq prisoners of war? Some say Canadians as warriors in Afghanistan did the same? Canadian UN blue hat troops in Somalia did the same thing. Same kind of behaviour but real, not an experiment. What I have come to understand is I'm involved in the same corruption of our society except it is real; and reader you're involved to. This is what happened to Brian Sinclair, in Manitoba, he's dead, he spent 34 hrs in Emerge waiting for help. It took two years to get an investigation? The Winnipeg Chief of Police, McCaskill, is running an Investigation, he's now shuffled the responsibility to some public servants in Saskatchewan to evaluate the investigation. This is no difference than Martin's shuffle or Clark's shuffle of accountability and responsibility. He's trying to bury the government illegal policy's which cause Overcrowding in Manitoba as they do in BC and every other province as the prejudice and ignorance is the same and the lack of proof justifying the policies is a very real fact as it is here in B C. The Sinclair death is working example of the consequences of illegal in B C, where people are killed, maimed, have their lives endangered, and experience the prejudice and bigotry brought forward as in the blue eyed/ brown eyed exercise, by those in power, and as in Martin's example, where he shuffled or tried to hide his prejudice and bigotry and hate to the Core Services Review board.
Gary Martin, Lisa Howie, and Steve Martin and the Solicitor General know this is illegal policy is harming, they are inflicting the pain and suffering upon not only the diabetic but all society. These people know they are wrong and their behaviour does harm an if they doesn't know this is wrong then why don't they?
This brings psychopath and sociopath into this game they are playing. You know you're killing and maiming and you don't stop.
Reader, you and I are in a working example of the above psychological experiments except this is real. This is a Grand or Huge working example of the above studies of our behaviour, human behaviour and how it runs amuck so quickly.
This is nasty, it is not a nightmare, something fictional, this is real and absolutely corrupt. I'm a good example of those that walked out of these kinds of experiments, if they were allowed to. I walked and was attacked, assaulted, and my character raped by Martin and I was turned into a Criminal. The town where Elliott did her blue eye/brown eye exercise on prejudice, bigotry, and racism hates her. Elliott is not welcome back. Look what just happened to me.
Psychologists and psychiatrists need to study this madness in Canada, as it impacts the world in how we see and treat diabetics and the disabled and how this impacts Universal Health Care Systems. They need to read and understand what is really happening with the diabetes policy and its consequences and its influence upon All people. They need to expose how corrupt this is. The broken laws of our country; the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA in order to play this game of Control and Hate by the anti - diabetic lobby and anti - disabled lobby is astounding to say the least. The lies about the Policy being legal, the false documents, the lack of accountability and responsibility, stolen scientific research, the denial of doing so, the phoney Drafts I was asked to review, the breach of Trust, the breach of Trust with the falsification of an Affidavit, and the acts of Treason exemplify humans running amuck.
And now, the new attack, assault, and rape upon me by Martin, all because I said NO. The absolute denial of what is happening by the Press, politicians, and the public figures I have contacted exemplifies the Shame of what we are doing to each other for no other reasons than Hate and Power. They know there is something wrong and they are afraid. This also confronts their sensibilities about Canada and what is painted of us on the world stage.
Again, Steve Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles knows he is wrong and yet he hasn't changed and if he doesn't know this is wrong then why doesn't he?
Martin's increased aggressiveness is part of the problem, his problem. He has escalated his deviant behaviour in order to harm, to keep me in my place even though I left the experiment, in his mind he doesn't need to let me walk out. He and his supporters exemplify all three experiments; he's Harming me because someone else is telling him its ok to do, they all pass the buck don't they; this is no different than electrically shocking me, in Milgram. He is knowingly harming me, for no reason at all, as a “student” guard knowing he's beating and torturing me because they thinks it's ok to do as he is the Superintendent, Stanford Prison Experiment. And, as a blue eyed/brown eyed person of difference exercise, as the minority, therefore allowed to be treated different, lied about, shunned, turned into a pariah, and denied Rights.
All of this has continued as no one will stand up and confront this horror, all the while those of difference are put into their “place” with learned deviant behaviour from incompetent, cowardly and corrupt politicians and absolute corrupt Public Servants, such as the Martins, Howie, and the Premiers, and Solicitor General's and the indifferent Press, which begs the question, “To what and where will these monsters take us if not confronted and exposed?”
How many are they going to be allowed to kill and maime?
Do you really believe Emerge doctors call Press conferences for one death a month caused by Overcrowding? That's 12 a year in one of the ten busiest hospitals in B C. That's 120 a year, x the 13 years I've been diabetic = 1 560 deaths caused by the Overcrowding caused by illegal gov't policy. If its one a week then its 4 times 1 560 = 6 240 deaths caused by Overcrowding. This is why you need to think in Scale. Now you know why these people lie, falsify documents, and have recently attacked, assaulted, and raped my character.
These people have deep mental health illness, but not deep enough that they do not know the difference between Right and Wrong. They know how wrong this is, as their lies and attacks, done to save themselves, exposes that they are indeed conscious of their wrongs.”

What are Dobbs and her husband Really doing?
Reader, Dobbs' husband is running a Social – Psychological Experiment, without the Permission of the clients; senior drivers. The Intervention has not been proven to be able to do what it's alleged to be able to do. He has not acknowledged the Consequences; stress of being labeled as unfit, stress of the unknown, stress of failure, stress of being labeled a pariah within our society, stress of forced change in lifestyle, psychological damage, emotional damage, and the fear of financial damage. How many more bona fide negative influences will a health care worker, nurse, sociologist, G P, doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist list?
What are Steve Martin and Lisa Howie doing to seniors and what for, as they manage the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles? Why was Bond, the Solicitor General, a Politician, supported these two when she knows Martin and Howie are pushing these illegal policies upon the Public and attacking and assaulting the Public, me, when I question and expose what they are doing? This begs the question, “What will they do to a senior who stands up for their Charter Rights, Human Rights, and Rights under the Motor Vehicle Act?” Attack, assault, and rape their character, as Martin did to me?
So, what we have is Dobbs' husband running an illegal policy and his wife supporting him. He runs an illegal policy that is harming seniors and he knows this and yet continues. His wife knows he's running an illegal policy, knows what the Consequences are and supports this. Dobbs knows the consequences, as that is what she studies; she studies seniors and what happens to us in our senior years. She absolutely knows of the harm and yet she continues. The seniors say STOP” and yet this so called scientist and his “academic researcher” wife do not stop. The Public Servant administrators, Martin and Howie, to not stop. The Politician administrator, Bond, does not stop.
They know the policy is illegal, involves Harm, and offers no Good. Does this remind you of the Social – Psychological Experiments listed above where experiment ran amuck but the administrators or scientists stopped? These administrators and so called scientists, by default, know of the above Social – Psychological Experiments and what they're doing and have not stopped. They are not naïve bystanders to what they are doing.
Dobbs, as the supporting “academic researcher”, knows of the harm and will document it for her list of publications, her Cover Letters, as the seniors are forced to undergo this experiment yearly and they are a never ending supply of subjects even as they die off. Reader, as you're younger than me, think of me as the next Human meat for their grinder, Dobbs' husband's computer toy that grinds psychological meat, that grinds up seniors where some survive and some don't. Dobbs will document the deaths, maiming, and psychological harms, as some seniors will not renew their license, where the trail of damage can be followed. She will document the killing and maiming she knows will happen due to stress, fear, and the unknown, etc, as that's what she studies.
The Cleansing of Society
Never forget, Dobbs was hired to present material to justify the illegal diabetic policy under any means, which meant stealing science, breaching Copyright law, Intellectual Property Rights law, Intent of Use Protection law, and breach of Trust and all the legal and social stuff that comes with an Affidavit. She broke her Oath of Office and the Trust that comes with this Oath, by doing these things. She cares nothing for the law, human rights, or life, as she also knows the illegal diabetic driver policy kills and maims and yet she carried on with great gusto. She learned from Martin, Howie, the Solicitor General's Office, the Attorney General's Office, and who knows whom else in Government and the Public Service that she can do what she wants and she's now doing it; she's escalated her deviant behaviour. The attack upon me was because I have diabetes, someone labeled disabled, which means All other disabled drivers are attacked but the Consequences impact All society. Dobbs' new focus is something more specific, she's hunting something specific; a smaller cohort; senior drivers. But the consequences impact only the seniors. She's singled out a part of or Class of People or Society for attack. When one does this, or a Government does this, invents wrongs against a Class of people and invents phoney boxes to rectify that wrong or phoney experiments to justify their behaviour what is this cleansing of society called?
With this new attack, she's again playing God, as she knows this new policy will again take lives and she thinks this is acceptable. She's put herself beside the “supremacy of God”, (from the opening of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms), as she and her husband are playing a game of pushing seniors above and beyond their cognitive abilities, well – being or status quo of this stage of their lives. To not just see what will happen, as she knows where the stress will take them, but what's the Timeline? What's the Timeline of influence due to this new Intervention designed by her husband who also knows of Harm and the above Social – Psychological Experiments. Or at least he should know. How fast will they die off? What kind of maiming will happen? Etc etc. The very Interventions and Influences Dobbs studies.
Dobbs and her husband know all this and are not the naïve bystander. You are the naïve bystander to think this is not happening. The senior's cry for Help proves they are not the naïve bystanders but our society.
Also, Dobbs, her husband, Bond, Martin, Howie, and unknown other senior Public Servants that support these policies or turn their back to this corruption also play God as they are not following the “rule of Law” of Canada. (also from the opening of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.)
Reader, what is the difference between the Social – Psychological Experiments listed above and the horrific things we do to each other with the illegal diabetic policy and now this illegal senior policy? Dobbs' experiment is not a formally sanctioned experiment with rules, standards, and stop notices, but an experiment on Humans that has not passed any Code of Ethics Committee in order to be played out.
The seniors know something is wrong and they are Right. Now you know they're Right.

Part 2
The Ombudsperson
When the Solicitor General's Office makes the largest demand upon the UHCS and G Ps of any Gov't Ministry or Dept or any other entity, and its illegal to begin with, and cost hundreds of millions of dollars to implement with no Good realized, how is something like Kim Carter's Review of senior care going to be realized?
The corruption I'm exposing is like a cancer, or virus running uncontrolled, it's a social disease in Government, as was present in the Social – Psychological experiments listed above. It defines perverted and corrupt Group Think. These people base their lives on the excitement of Corruption and a Lust for Power, they like playing God.
With two entities involved, the Government and Public, with the Government being corrupt, how is the Public able to implement what it wants against those that are supposed to be following the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office, and are not? Government demands upon the UHCS must be evaluated, as the Public's demands are, or we will not have a UHCS and or what ever health care system we end up with. It will fail also as an unacknowledged and illegal debit of 20% or more of G Ps and the financial costs of illegal policy will stymie what ever health care system is left. A private system also needs to know All debits, just as our UHCS does, or it will fail also. Government illegal policy and its financial debit needs to be acknowledged, and the Harm if we're to have a UHCS and a working UHCS for seniors.
How will this Review for Seniors be implemented, as on one hand cowardly, incompetent, and corrupt Politicians and the absolutely corrupt senior Public Servants say yes to it, but on the other hand they're running illegal policy that debits approximately 20% of G Ps, millions of dollars, and is directly responsible for Emerge Overcrowding, G P long wait – times, responsible for G P leaving this field of medicine, long wait – times for surgery, ambulatory delivery wait – times, admittance to hospital through Emerge instead of a G P or Surgeon recommendation, and they have just begun an illegal policy against seniors. This illegal policy against Seniors is an Atrocity, a Crime Against Humanity, little lone Discrimination, Prejudice, Hate, and Bigotry.
The twenty or thirty people doing this to Canadians are real Monsters. They are Monsters of the Human species.

Reader, if you do not know the oppositions state of affairs, or how corrupt they really are, how are you going to win your way when your presentation is honest, trustworthy, and bona fide?
My presentation has the Constitution, the Human Rights Code, the Motor Vehicle Act, the Oaths of Office supporting it. 1. Point one, this is the Second communication to you concerning Bonnie Dobbs and Solicitor General Bond and the phoney or illegal driving demand upon Seniors, and the very real conflict of interest between Dobbs and her husband, who states he's invented a computer toy that can assess senior's cognitive abilities and skills needed for driving. (not proven)
2. Second point, the corruption I've found myself within and have been exposing, concerning Politicians and senior Public Servants and their illegal demands impacting the Universal Health Care System therefore General Practitioners and Surgeons, and Emerge, the debit upon these doctors and our taxes dollars to implement these illegal policies will negatively impact Kim Carter's Report on Seniors, as she knows nothing of this and why should she; she not running illegal policy, shuffling tax dollars to pay for it, hiding the killing and maiming of the policy, and hiding gov't corruption. As the gov't runs illegal policy, such as the diabetic drivers' policy, which impacts 10% of society, which has horrific consequences on the Public and UHCS, therefore the millions of tax dollars used for a illegal policy means the funding is also an illegal act. Considering this corruption and illegal use of our taxes where will G Ps and funding be found for seniors and their bona fide needs?
Additionally, the illegal driving policy's demands upon the UHCS are Grand to say the least, think G Ps, as they are forced to give the Driver's Medical Examinations, which takes approximately 20% of G Ps out of service, don't forget the OSMV says it monitors 100 medical conditions, that's how many G Ps are needed to give these DME. You need to think
Scale. This illegal demand causes the Overcrowding in Emerge, which in turn impacts seniors, as I didn't wait 5 – 7 days to take my dad to a G P, we went to Emerge and we took our mother, as she was not going to wait at home while her husband of fifty years died in an Overcrowded Emerge with his wife at home. Will you and your parents do the same thing?
This begs the questions of the Press and Politicians, “Why are your managers so afraid of what I have found myself within?” and “Is it because what I write about, especially in my “Updated Consequences”, is worse than I understand?” (Go to 2diabetes.blogspot.com for my letters about this illegal policy that your managers pretend are not there.)

Dobbs and her husband
Reader, have you thought about what these two are really doing? I mean Dobbs and her husband. I have experienced the lies, theft, and corruption of Bonnie Dobbs but know nothing of her husband except Simons, MLA, stated his work had not been Peer Reviewed and that means everything in Science and the non – Science world. What this statement really means is that this demand upon Humans has not passed any process and protocol that's needed if something is to be done to Humans.
Secondly, this means that Dobbs' husband's computer toy has not been reviewed by real scientists and real science standards that prove his statements concerning his toy really can do what he states it can do.
Third, as Dobbs' husband is using this toy upon Humans he guarantees NO HARM will come to the future subjects, as he has proved that no harm has come to his previous subjects. Where is the Science and Proof?
Dobbs and her husband pass themselves off as Scientists, therefore regulated by Scientific Rules; World Rules and Standards. Regulated by Human Rights Rules. Regulated by rules of Humanity to not use Humans for Scientific Experiments and if done the subjects need to be informed of what is happening, the Scientific Community be informed, the process, or Procedure, of contact be written down and evaluated before engagement or implementation, and a Code of Ethics be written concerning the experiment, or engagement, or implementation and adhered to. Why didn't Dobbs , her husband , and Bond acknowledge this? They consciously mislead everyone involved. No different from what they had done concerning the diabetic policy and all of the other 100 medical conditions they supposedly legally monitor.
Dobbs and her husband are Regulated by rules, which they refuse to acknowledge and why should they? Dobbs, Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, Howie, the Deputy Superintendent, and Bond have already broken these rules and demands, plus the demands of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Human Rights Code, the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, and Oaths of Office. Why should they change now, as they're playing God and everyone I've contacted are afraid of them. They think it acceptable to kill and maim, as they've put themselves above the rules of not only Canada, but Humanity.
“The Five Steps of Engagement” (from my previous letter to you and other letters concerning this):
Firstly, is there a real Need or is it just based upon Dobbs' husband's “view” of life, as his wife, Martin, Howie, and Bond base the diabetic policy upon?
Secondly, can the Intervention, his toy, really do what it's alleged to be able to do? No proof has been offered.
Third, what are the Consequences, this means that if the product is used on Humans, the Humans have given consent to his experiment and the Consequences of that interaction do not Harm.
Four, is there Good? I did not read or hear Dobbs' husband stated there is any proven Good.
Five, what other products has Dobbs' husband run and proven to be bona fide and offer Good? What's his record? Is it like his wife's? She claims things about diabetes and demands the diabetic policy continue and yet she's never studied or written about diabetes, or proven a bona fide need for the policy, she did not acknowledge the Intervention can do what it's alleged to be able to do, she does not acknowledge the Consequences, or prove the policy offers any Good, or what diabetics already do for diabetic health; I visit the G P 20 times for the 1 time demanded by the gov't. With this knowledge why should we believe anything Dobbs states about her husband and his toy, as her support for the diabetic policy is based upon stolen research and lack of fulfillment of standard rules of engagement and our Charter, HR Code, and the MVA? Why should we believe her husband's claims, as he has not been evaluated by bona fide Scientists for anything.
His Oath of Office demands he not kill, harm, lie, steal, mislead, misinform, misrepresent, etc etc. How many of these items has he breached?

What we have is the corruption of our “democratic society” by a few severely demented people and hundreds of people in denial and that's why it's got to where we are now: (the following has been copied from a previous letter to Gov't, Press, RCMP, other police, and persons of interest such as yourselves, working to make the Universal Health Care System work better or survive, working for the disabled, doctors, the Public, and now Seniors, who may be diabetic or certainly have one or more of the 100 medical conditions the OSMV states it monitors for the betterment of society.) “The Social – Psychological Experiments; Milgram Experiment, Jane Elliott's diversity training, and the Stanford Prison Experiment.”
“Reader, another realization that I've come to understand is that this illegal policy is exactly like the following Social – Psychological Experiments and training exercise listed below, except this is real life, not a controlled experiment or diversity training lesson, where the owners of the experiment and lesson are bound by a Code of Ethics and all subjects involved know they are in an experiment, where they can “Stop” if wanted. More importantly the researchers can also stop these experiments when their Code of Ethics seems challenged or if they do not like where the experiments have taken them, they can “Stop”.
The experiments were designed to explore Human behaviour in situations where harm is involved, where Obedience, Prejudice and Bigotry, and Abuse are present, and willingly engaged in, but under supervision and control. The problem realized was how willingly the participants were, knowing the harm, where the accountability was transferred to those running the experiment.
One the other hand, we have Politicians and senior Public Servants forcing their perverted “view” of life upon the subjects; the diabetic, disabled, General Practitioners, Surgeons, the UHCS, and the Public in General, as the illegal policy is not legal and with intent, by those running this policy, compromises the Constitution, HR Code, the MVA, and the Trust between the Gov't and Public, as those running this policy have broken their Oath of Office also.
The Instigators or Owners of this policy are not researchers or a teacher, who are bound by Codes of Ethics, and responded to those demands. Although the Politicians and senior Public Servants have sworn an Oath of Office and are bound by the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the B C Human Rights Code, the demands of the Motor Vehicle Act, their Oath of Office and the Social Contract of Trust established in our “democratic society” where they have not responded to these demands before implementing their policy or after they knew it was maiming and killing those involved. They even refused to stop their actions after I have said “Stop” and “No”. For my endeavors, just like in the Zimbardo experiment I was attacked, assaulted, and a psychological attack was then implemented to show me who was the Boss Man. Just like a real prisoner under attack I told Steve Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, the instigator of the illegal policy and the attack, assault, and the psychological rape of me, that I would not kiss his ass for him to stop doing what he's doing.
Milgram, 1961, on obedience to authority figures, “measured the willingness of study participants to obey an authority figure who instructed them to perform acts that conflicted with their personal conscience.” (wikipedia, milgram experiment)
Elliott, 1968, Blue eye/Brown eye Exercise, this exercise “exposes prejudice and bigotry for what it is, an irrational class system based upon arbitrary factors. Elliot's teaching “exercise labels participants as inferior or superior based solely upon the color of their eyes and exposes them to the experience of being a minority.” (www. Janeelliot.com)
Zimbardo, 1971, Stanford Prison experiment, volunteer students role playing as Prison Guards and Prisoners, “...the participants adapted to their roles well beyond what even Zimbardo himself expected, leading the “Officers” to display authoritarian measures and ultimately to subject some of the prisoners to torture. In turn, many of the prisoners developed passive attitudes and accepted physical abuse, and, at the request of the guards, readily inflicted punishment on other prisoners who attempted to stop it. The experiment even affected Zimbardo himself, who in his capacity as “Prison Superintendent,” lost sight of his role as psychologist and permitted the abuse to continue as though it were a real prison. Five of the prisoners were upset enough by the process to quit the experiment early, and the entire experiment was abruptly stopped after only six days”. (Wikipedia)
Lastly, what were the American troops caught doing with Iraq prisoners of war? Some say Canadians as warriors in Afghanistan did the same? Canadian UN blue hat troops in Somalia did the same thing. Same kind of behaviour but real, not an experiment. What I have come to understand is I'm involved in the same corruption of our society except it is real; and reader you're involved to. This is what happened to Brian Sinclair, in Manitoba, he's dead, he spent 34 hrs in Emerge waiting for help. It took two years to get an investigation? The Winnipeg Chief of Police, McCaskill, is running an Investigation, he's now shuffled the responsibility to some public servants in Saskatchewan to evaluate the investigation. This is no difference than Martin's shuffle or Clark's shuffle of accountability and responsibility. He's trying to bury the government illegal policy's which cause Overcrowding in Manitoba as they do in BC and every other province as the prejudice and ignorance is the same and the lack of proof justifying the policies is a very real fact as it is here in B C. The Sinclair death is working example of the consequences of illegal in B C, where people are killed, maimed, have their lives endangered, and experience the prejudice and bigotry brought forward as in the blue eyed/ brown eyed exercise, by those in power, and as in Martin's example, where he shuffled or tried to hide his prejudice and bigotry and hate to the Core Services Review board.
Gary Martin, Lisa Howie, and Steve Martin and the Solicitor General know this is illegal policy is harming, they are inflicting the pain and suffering upon not only the diabetic but all society. These people know they are wrong and their behaviour does harm an if they doesn't know this is wrong then why don't they?
This brings psychopath and sociopath into this game they are playing. You know you're killing and maiming and you don't stop.
Reader, you and I are in a working example of the above psychological experiments except this is real. This is a Grand or Huge working example of the above studies of our behaviour, human behaviour and how it runs amuck so quickly.
This is nasty, it is not a nightmare, something fictional, this is real and absolutely corrupt. I'm a good example of those that walked out of these kinds of experiments, if they were allowed to. I walked and was attacked, assaulted, and my character raped by Martin and I was turned into a Criminal. The town where Elliott did her blue eye/brown eye exercise on prejudice, bigotry, and racism hates her. Elliott is not welcome back. Look what just happened to me.
Psychologists and psychiatrists need to study this madness in Canada, as it impacts the world in how we see and treat diabetics and the disabled and how this impacts Universal Health Care Systems. They need to read and understand what is really happening with the diabetes policy and its consequences and its influence upon All people. They need to expose how corrupt this is. The broken laws of our country; the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA in order to play this game of Control and Hate by the anti - diabetic lobby and anti - disabled lobby is astounding to say the least. The lies about the Policy being legal, the false documents, the lack of accountability and responsibility, stolen scientific research, the denial of doing so, the phoney Drafts I was asked to review, the breach of Trust, the breach of Trust with the falsification of an Affidavit, and the acts of Treason exemplify humans running amuck.
And now, the new attack, assault, and rape upon me by Martin, all because I said NO. The absolute denial of what is happening by the Press, politicians, and the public figures I have contacted exemplifies the Shame of what we are doing to each other for no other reasons than Hate and Power. They know there is something wrong and they are afraid. This also confronts their sensibilities about Canada and what is painted of us on the world stage.
Again, Steve Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles knows he is wrong and yet he hasn't changed and if he doesn't know this is wrong then why doesn't he?
Martin's increased aggressiveness is part of the problem, his problem. He has escalated his deviant behaviour in order to harm, to keep me in my place even though I left the experiment, in his mind he doesn't need to let me walk out. He and his supporters exemplify all three experiments; he's Harming me because someone else is telling him its ok to do, they all pass the buck don't they; this is no different than electrically shocking me, in Milgram. He is knowingly harming me, for no reason at all, as a “student” guard knowing he's beating and torturing me because they thinks it's ok to do as he is the Superintendent, Stanford Prison Experiment. And, as a blue eyed/brown eyed person of difference exercise, as the minority, therefore allowed to be treated different, lied about, shunned, turned into a pariah, and denied Rights.
All of this has continued as no one will stand up and confront this horror, all the while those of difference are put into their “place” with learned deviant behaviour from incompetent, cowardly and corrupt politicians and absolute corrupt Public Servants, such as the Martins, Howie, and the Premiers, and Solicitor General's and the indifferent Press, which begs the question, “To what and where will these monsters take us if not confronted and exposed?”
How many are they going to be allowed to kill and maime?
Do you really believe Emerge doctors call Press conferences for one death a month caused by Overcrowding? That's 12 a year in one of the ten busiest hospitals in B C. That's 120 a year, x the 13 years I've been diabetic = 1 560 deaths caused by the Overcrowding caused by illegal gov't policy. If its one a week then its 4 times 1 560 = 6 240 deaths caused by Overcrowding. This is why you need to think in Scale. Now you know why these people lie, falsify documents, and have recently attacked, assaulted, and raped my character.
These people have deep mental health illness, but not deep enough that they do not know the difference between Right and Wrong. They know how wrong this is, as their lies and attacks, done to save themselves, exposes that they are indeed conscious of their wrongs.”

What are Dobbs and her husband Really doing?
Reader, Dobbs' husband is running a Social – Psychological Experiment, without the Permission of the clients; senior drivers. The Intervention has not been proven to be able to do what it's alleged to be able to do. He has not acknowledged the Consequences; stress of being labeled as unfit, stress of the unknown, stress of failure, stress of being labeled a pariah within our society, stress of forced change in lifestyle, psychological damage, emotional damage, and the fear of financial damage. How many more bona fide negative influences will a health care worker, nurse, sociologist, G P, doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist list?
What are Steve Martin and Lisa Howie doing to seniors and what for, as they manage the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles? Why was Bond, the Solicitor General, a Politician, supported these two when she knows Martin and Howie are pushing these illegal policies upon the Public and attacking and assaulting the Public, me, when I question and expose what they are doing? This begs the question, “What will they do to a senior who stands up for their Charter Rights, Human Rights, and Rights under the Motor Vehicle Act?” Attack, assault, and rape their character, as Martin did to me?
So, what we have is Dobbs' husband running an illegal policy and his wife supporting him. He runs an illegal policy that is harming seniors and he knows this and yet continues. His wife knows he's running an illegal policy, knows what the Consequences are and supports this. Dobbs knows the consequences, as that is what she studies; she studies seniors and what happens to us in our senior years. She absolutely knows of the harm and yet she continues. The seniors say STOP” and yet this so called scientist and his “academic researcher” wife do not stop. The Public Servant administrators, Martin and Howie, to not stop. The Politician administrator, Bond, does not stop.
They know the policy is illegal, involves Harm, and offers no Good. Does this remind you of the Social – Psychological Experiments listed above where experiment ran amuck but the administrators or scientists stopped? These administrators and so called scientists, by default, know of the above Social – Psychological Experiments and what they're doing and have not stopped. They are not naïve bystanders to what they are doing.
Dobbs, as the supporting “academic researcher”, knows of the harm and will document it for her list of publications, her Cover Letters, as the seniors are forced to undergo this experiment yearly and they are a never ending supply of subjects even as they die off. Reader, as you're younger than me, think of me as the next Human meat for their grinder, Dobbs' husband's computer toy that grinds psychological meat, that grinds up seniors where some survive and some don't. Dobbs will document the deaths, maiming, and psychological harms, as some seniors will not renew their license, where the trail of damage can be followed. She will document the killing and maiming she knows will happen due to stress, fear, and the unknown, etc, as that's what she studies.
The Cleansing of Society
Never forget, Dobbs was hired to present material to justify the illegal diabetic policy under any means, which meant stealing science, breaching Copyright law, Intellectual Property Rights law, Intent of Use Protection law, and breach of Trust and all the legal and social stuff that comes with an Affidavit. She broke her Oath of Office and the Trust that comes with this Oath, by doing these things. She cares nothing for the law, human rights, or life, as she also knows the illegal diabetic driver policy kills and maims and yet she carried on with great gusto. She learned from Martin, Howie, the Solicitor General's Office, the Attorney General's Office, and who knows whom else in Government and the Public Service that she can do what she wants and she's now doing it; she's escalated her deviant behaviour. The attack upon me was because I have diabetes, someone labeled disabled, which means All other disabled drivers are attacked but the Consequences impact All society. Dobbs' new focus is something more specific, she's hunting something specific; a smaller cohort; senior drivers. But the consequences impact only the seniors. She's singled out a part of or Class of People or Society for attack. When one does this, or a Government does this, invents wrongs against a Class of people and invents phoney boxes to rectify that wrong or phoney experiments to justify their behaviour what is this cleansing of society called?
With this new attack, she's again playing God, as she knows this new policy will again take lives and she thinks this is acceptable. She's put herself beside the “supremacy of God”, (from the opening of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms), as she and her husband are playing a game of pushing seniors above and beyond their cognitive abilities, well – being or status quo of this stage of their lives. To not just see what will happen, as she knows where the stress will take them, but what's the Timeline? What's the Timeline of influence due to this new Intervention designed by her husband who also knows of Harm and the above Social – Psychological Experiments. Or at least he should know. How fast will they die off? What kind of maiming will happen? Etc etc. The very Interventions and Influences Dobbs studies.
Dobbs and her husband know all this and are not the naïve bystander. You are the naïve bystander to think this is not happening. The senior's cry for Help proves they are not the naïve bystanders but our society.
Also, Dobbs, her husband, Bond, Martin, Howie, and unknown other senior Public Servants that support these policies or turn their back to this corruption also play God as they are not following the “rule of Law” of Canada. (also from the opening of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.)
Reader, what is the difference between the Social – Psychological Experiments listed above and the horrific things we do to each other with the illegal diabetic policy and now this illegal senior policy? Dobbs' experiment is not a formally sanctioned experiment with rules, standards, and stop notices, but an experiment on Humans that has not passed any Code of Ethics Committee in order to be played out.
The seniors know something is wrong and they are Right. Now you know they're Right.

Part 2
The Ombudsperson
When the Solicitor General's Office makes the largest demand upon the UHCS and G Ps of any Gov't Ministry or Dept or any other entity, and its illegal to begin with, and cost hundreds of millions of dollars to implement with no Good realized, how is something like Kim Carter's Review of senior care going to be realized?
The corruption I'm exposing is like a cancer, or virus running uncontrolled, it's a social disease in Government, as was present in the Social – Psychological experiments listed above. It defines perverted and corrupt Group Think. These people base their lives on the excitement of Corruption and a Lust for Power, they like playing God.
With two entities involved, the Government and Public, with the Government being corrupt, how is the Public able to implement what it wants against those that are supposed to be following the Charter, the HR Code, the MVA, and their Oath of Office, and are not? Government demands upon the UHCS must be evaluated, as the Public's demands are, or we will not have a UHCS and or what ever health care system we end up with. It will fail also as an unacknowledged and illegal debit of 20% or more of G Ps and the financial costs of illegal policy will stymie what ever health care system is left. A private system also needs to know All debits, just as our UHCS does, or it will fail also. Government illegal policy and its financial debit needs to be acknowledged, and the Harm if we're to have a UHCS and a working UHCS for seniors.
How will this Review for Seniors be implemented, as on one hand cowardly, incompetent, and corrupt Politicians and the absolutely corrupt senior Public Servants say yes to it, but on the other hand they're running illegal policy that debits approximately 20% of G Ps, millions of dollars, and is directly responsible for Emerge Overcrowding, G P long wait – times, responsible for G P leaving this field of medicine, long wait – times for surgery, ambulatory delivery wait – times, admittance to hospital through Emerge instead of a G P or Surgeon recommendation, and they have just begun an illegal policy against seniors. This illegal policy against Seniors is an Atrocity, a Crime Against Humanity, little lone Discrimination, Prejudice, Hate, and Bigotry.
The twenty or thirty people doing this to Canadians are real Monsters. They are Monsters of the Human species.

- I'll send this letter, the February 17, 2011 letter, and the letter that instigated the deliberate attack, assault, and rape of my character by Steve Martin, the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles to Carter at the Ombudsperson . Carter needs to know what I have become involved in and its demands upon the universal health care system, as seniors also experience diabetes and the other 100 medical conditions the OSMV states it monitors for the betterment of society. Which is, of course, just another lie coming from the Solicitor General's Office. Carter also needs to know what Dobbs and her husband are doing and it seems Carter is following the rules of Science and the Laws of Canada where Dobbs and her husband care nothing for these things, which means those Politicians and Public Servants involved in the management of senior care are not playing by the same rules and standards Carter manages herself with.
Reader, if you do not know the oppositions state of affairs, or how corrupt they really are, how are you going to win your way when your presentation is honest, trustworthy, and bona fide?
My presentation has the Constitution, the Human Rights Code, the Motor Vehicle Act, the Oaths of Office supporting it. I write because the demands of the Constitution and these laws have not been fulfilled by government and its Public Servants. I am Right, it is Legal, and this work does the Public enormous Good. Those that I'm exposing can say the same but it will be just another lie from them.
